In 2008, the initial idea was introduced and ever since, the $5 billion meticulously designed tourist island destination that has made significant progress was created by Kleindienst Group. The Heart of Europe is situated 2 miles away from the shoreline of Dubai and will provide a diverse range of European cultural, dining, and hospitality encounters throughout resorts, coffee shops, pubs, shops, and entertainment establishments. The islands will be sourced from Spain, specifically Andalusia, and will feature Spanish centenary olive trees. Additionally, Europe’s Heart, Spain, will oversee the development of more than 100,000 coral reefs.

The guests will have access to eco-friendly water transportation, and the island will rely on renewable energy sources while maintaining a car-free environment. Recycled water will be utilized for all the green spaces, and the development will incorporate sustainable landscaping practices that are free from pesticides and fungicides.
