You may want to consider serving a full meal to your guests if you don’t want them to leave hungry. However, if you are holding an event during dinner or lunch hours and the venue location does not have enough seating room for your entire guest count, you may also want to consider the option of circulating more appetizers. The selection of appetizers can vary depending on the number of guests you have. On average, you can plan to serve 5-9 selections of heavy hors d’oeuvres.

Plates Small is somewhat similar to Heavy Hors D’oeuvres, where several small plates of food combinations are passed by our staff, each plate containing several components of food such as starch, vegetables, and meat. Each plate may be a miniature version of a salad, soup, or entrée. The current trend of grazing-style menus compliments this style of serving, where guests will leave your event feeling full or even satisfied.
