All content must be authentic and unique to the customer. Reviews are most helpful when they are original and unbiased. Contributions must be from the individual submitting them. Accommodations partnering with Booking.com cannot post comments on behalf of their customers or offer incentives in exchange for a review. Any attempt to lower the score of a competitor by submitting a negative comment about them will not be tolerated.
Respect for the privacy of others is expected. Booking.com will attempt to hide email addresses, phone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar information. Contributions reflect the opinions of customers and accommodations of Booking.com, and not those of Booking.com itself. Booking.com is a distributor and not a publisher or creator of these comments and responses, with no obligation to verify them.
By default, comments are sorted by the date of the comment and other criteria to display the most relevant ones. This includes factors such as language, comments that include text, and those that are not anonymous. Other criteria may also be used for sorting, such as the type of traveler or the rating given.
