STEP 1.
Obtain a Mega Millions playslip from your preferred Texas Lottery® merchant or generate a play utilizing the Texas Lottery application.
If you request a “Quick Pick” or check the “QP” box, the terminal will automatically choose all your numbers for you. Alternatively, you can manually select your five (5) numbers in the play area of the playboard, ranging from 1 to 70, by yourself.
Pick one number from 1 to 25 in the lower yellow play area of the playboard or mark the box “QP” and the terminal will select your Mega Ball number.
MULTI-DRAW.
You can play the same set of numbers for more than one consecutive drawing by selecting the “MULTI-DRAW” option on the ticket.
WHEN YOU PURCHASE, MEGAPLY®!
You can increase your winnings prize/jackpot non-grand by 2, 3, 4, or 5 times and play the playboard with an additional $1 for the Megaplier® feature.
Check the “YES” box below “MEGAPLIER” to choose this option for all playboards on the playslip.
If you bought the Megaplier option, the Megaplier digit selected will increase any non-Grand prize you achieve in a Mega Millions game. Based on the given distribution: one 5, three 4’s, six 3’s, five 2’s, the Megaplier digit will be selected from a pool of 15 digits.
OPTIONS FOR RECEIVING THE GRAND PRIZE PAYMENT.
Choose between “30 ANNUAL PAYMENTS” or the “CASH VALUE OPTION”.
Select “30 ANNUAL PAYMENTS” if you prefer to receive your prize in 30 yearly installments.
Select the “CASH VALUE OPTION” to receive a lump sum payment equivalent to the current cash value of the jackpot prize.
You cannot modify the payment choice at a subsequent time. If you do not select a payment option on the playslip, your playslip will be rejected.
The Grand Prize will be divided equally among the number of winners, and the Grand Prize is distributed through the pari-mutuel system. The Prize Grand Millions Mega is an estimated amount and not always a guaranteed amount. Winners of the Grand Prize in Mega Millions may receive a prize amount that is less than the advertised amount, as it is based on actual game sales and long-term interest rates for investments.
STEP 2.
Mega Millions requires a payment of $2 per play.
Including Megaplier increases the cost by $1 for each play.
STEP 3.
Mega Millions drawings are aired every Tuesday and Friday night at 10:12 p.M. CT.
Tickets are unavailable during the Draw Break, which lasts from 9:45 to 10:15 p.M. CT.

Use the Just the Jackpot® playslip to select the Mega Ball number from 1 to 25 in the yellow play area for boards B & D and/or C & A, and select five numbers from 1 to 70 in the upper play area.

Grand Prize Choice.
Choose between “30 ANNUAL PAYMENTS” or the “CASH VALUE OPTION”.
