On July 2, as reported by the Cherry Hill Courier Post, an anonymous 16-year-old boy informed the authorities that he had been residing at Marino’s residence, who happens to be his girlfriend’s uncle. During that same evening, Marino purportedly exposed the teenager to homosexual adult content on a tablet for an extended period of time.

According to the affidavit, as reported by the Courier Post, the adolescent grew drowsy, and both individuals consumed a sip of whiskey. Marino explained that he discussed his “previous distress” with Marino the following day, as it marked the commemoration of his father’s passing.

Marino was interrupted until he woke up with a knee jabbed into his side and discovered him engaging in oral sex. Marino was reportedly found performing oral sex on him until he stopped, and the teenager helped cover him with a blanket on the sofa.

According to the affidavit, the victim recorded the conversation the following day, in which they confronted Marino about the alleged assault. The conversation also included the suspect admitting to his actions and apologizing.

NJ.Com reported that Marino was taken into custody by the police, but he did not remember assaulting the teenager he was blamed for.
