Jennifer Lawrence, the star of X-Men, screamed badly after rejecting a lucrative offer from Disney. “I didn’t fall in love with those,” she said. Read more about it.
In 2014, we had to go back in time, providing a little context. We witnessed a massive leak of explicit photos of high-profile celebrities, which soon became known as “The Fappening” scandal. This was accomplished by hackers infiltrating Apple’s iCloud service. A multitude of celebrities, including Cara Delevingne, Kate Upton, and Kim Kardashian, had their privacy violated.
Jennifer Lawrence, who was one of the victims of the Vanity Fair scandal, is worried that anyone could look at her nude photographs and be traumatized for the rest of her life.
“Anybody can go look at my naked body without my consent, any time of the day. Somebody in France just published them. My trauma will exist forever.”
The scandal occurred on the day she felt violated and as though she had been “gang-banged” by the entire world. She vividly recalled the interview with the Hollywood actor, which she had given to The Hollywood Reporter, and mentioned the silver linings in the playbook she discussed.
“When the hacking thing happened, it was so unbelievably violating that you can’t even put it into word. I think that I’m still actually processing it. When I first found out it was happening, my security reached out to me. It was happening minute-to-minute – it was almost like a ransom situation where they were releasing new ones every hour or so. And, I don’t know, I feel like I got gang-banged by the f*cking planet.”
She expressed her disbelief that people could nonchalantly open their phones at a barbecue to view her explicit photos. Lawrence also felt disconnected from her own body, but she remembered that the women impacted by the scandal contacted her to discuss legal action against Apple.
She admits, “Stupid” Jennifer Lawrence calls Emma Stone a rival for stealing her major role, but I got something for dying, she got something for dying.
Jennifer Lawrence Did Not Ask for This

During a conversation with Vanity Fair, Lawrence expressed her frustrations openly in 2014. She emphasized that her status as a celebrity did not imply that she desired any of the negative experiences she had encountered. She described the entire incident as repulsive and raised concerns about the current state of our society.
