Judge denies Amber Heard’s calls for a mistrial

    Amber Heard.

A couple of days after Heard’s calls for a mistrial, Depp’s legal team responded saying that the court should deny her request.

According to a document obtained by the outlet Deadline, Mr. Depp’s lawyers respectfully argue that the Court should reject Ms. Heard’s Post-Trial motions, which they consider to be bordering on the frivolous.

Depp’s legal team argued that the mistrial claim should not be taken into account initially, as Heard failed to file a complaint regarding the trial within the specified deadline, missing it by a whole week. Furthermore, they mentioned that since she lost the case, she no longer had the right to raise any complaints. The lawyers also added that Heard was aware of the mistake right from the start of the trial but chose not to address the matter.

Depp’s legal team further mentioned that there was no evidence presented by Heard to substantiate her claim that the incorrect juror had displayed unfair bias against her. Therefore, they asserted that declaring a mistrial would be an exceptional solution to rectify this error.

The original jury’s verdict that was announced on Wednesday in the trial over which Judge Azcarate presided in Fairfax County, Virginia, was rejected by Heard’s motion.

Depp and Heard were dating by early 2012

Johnny Depp and former partner Vanessa Paradis.

Simultaneously, Heard ended her relationship with partner Tasya van Ree. According to USA Today, Heard was apprehended in 2009 for allegedly physically attacking her then-girlfriend van Ree at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in Washington. Following Heard’s purported act of seizing and striking van Ree’s arm, the two engaged in a dispute.

Dougherty stated that the ACLU believed the $500,000 Vanguard payment originated from a fund established by Heard’s previous associate Elon Musk.

When Heard announced that she would donate the entirety of her $7 million divorce settlement to charity, she said that the money would be split between two organizations in 2016. These organizations were the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

Kevin Tsujihara, the former CEO and chairman of WB Entertainment, made a phone call to three Warner Bros. Executives, including Sue Kroll, the former president of creative development, and Greg Silverman, the former president of marketing. In the call, he mentioned a “beautiful” picture of Heard that he described as “painted.”

Actor Amber Heard reacts during the her defamation trial at the Fairfax County Circuit Court in Fairfax, Virginia, on April 21, 2022.

Dawn Hughes, a clinical psychologist, testified in court that she heard instances of sexual violence in their relationship, including forced oral sex on Depp.

These were moments of anger that Hughes testified about. These were not moments of love. When Mr. Depp was high or drunk, he forced her to give him oral sex, tried to rip off her nightgown, and threw her on the bed.

Hughes stated that Depp exhibited “compulsive possessiveness” in the couple’s relationship and was the actual perpetrator. Hughes testified in the Fairfax County Court, drawing from 29 hours of clinical interviews with Heard and her examination of court transcripts, as previously reported by Insider.

Hughes stated that Depp was seemingly searching for drugs when he took Heard into the trailer and accused her of flirting with another woman, as she continued to perform a specific search on his and her cavity.

He thought maybe she was hiding there. Hughes said, “It felt acceptable to rip off her nightgown and stick his fingers up her vagina to look for cocaine.”

Hughes later stated that the occurrences of sexual violence frequently took place when Depp was in a “drug-induced fury.”

Depp himself was never referred to specifically.

Heard said Depp once held one of her dogs out a moving car window while he was ‘howling like an animal’

Actor Amber Heard testifies about the first time she says her ex-husband, actor Johnny Depp hit her, at Fairfax County Circuit Court during a defamation case against her by Depp in Fairfax, Virginia, U.S., May 4, 2022.

Heard stated that according to an insider, the incident occurred in March 2013, following Depp’s excessive consumption of large quantities of cocaine and strong alcoholic beverages throughout the night, while continuously accusing her of being unfaithful.

He grabbed this teacup Yorkie while holding the dog out of the window of the moving car, howling like an animal, and everyone froze – no one heard anything. I will never forget it.

Heard mentioned that she was reluctant to respond, fearing that her actions might cause Depp to abandon the canines.

“It was simply this spooky moment where he’s howling and clutching this creature outside the car window,” she mentioned.

The actress stated that she “softly tugged” Depp’s arm back into the car.

Amber Heard’s lawyer claims that she plans to appeal the verdict

Amber Heard appears to look upset as jury reads verdict in defamation case.

Elaine Bredehoft, the lawyer for Heard, informed NBC’s show “Today” that Heard plans to appeal the verdict after the initial trial, where it was revealed that new evidence would not be presented.

Bredehoft also stated that Heard is unable to pay the $10.35 million in damages to her ex-husband, Judge Azcarate Penney, citing Virginia’s limitations on punitive defamation cases. Fairfax County Judge, Azcarate Penney, had ordered a reduction in the amount Heard owed to $10.35 million.

Bredehoft also began to assert that the decision of the jurors was influenced by social networking sites.

Bredehoft asked, “How could you possibly not?” Every home went dark at night. Families are on social media. We had a 10-day break in the middle of the judicial conference.

She remarked: “There’s no chance they could not have been affected by it. And it was dreadful. It was truly, truly uneven.”

The media was filled with comments branding Heard as a liar, accusing her of acting on misogynistic insults. Previously, Charissa Cheong and Lindsay Dodgson from Insider reported that Depp’s supporters, who declared him the winner of the defamation trial, highly favored him even before Heard took a stand. The response on social media during the trial was also in Depp’s favor.

In March 2021, Depp was once again denied permission to appeal against the high court ruling by the Court of Appeals in London

Johnny Depp, the ex-husband of Amber Heard, has submitted an application to the Court of Appeals in London, seeking permission to contest the ruling of the High Court that he assaulted his former wife.

The judges of the Court of Appeal rejected Depp’s request, stating that the initial trial was conducted in a comprehensive and impartial manner and the judge provided extensive justifications for their decisions, which have not been proven to be flawed in any way.

During Amber Heard’s hearing application, Depp’s lawyers alleged that she had not received a fair trial and presented “fresh evidence” claiming that she lied about donating $7 million in full to charity to settle their divorce.

The Guardian reported that Andrew Caldecott QC, Depp’s lawyer, stated in court that Heard’s assertion regarding the contribution was a “deliberate and deceptive falsehood” which “unfairly biased the case against Mr. Depp right from the start.”

The Guardian informed the representative, “The proof provided in the UK case was compelling and indisputable,” however, they were not taken aback by the court’s rejection of Depp’s request to appeal, as her team was “satisfied,” according to a spokesperson for Heard.

Ryder and Paradis both gave statements in support of Depp.

The idea that Johnny, whom I knew and loved, is an incredibly violent person is the farthest thing from my mind. I cannot wrap my head around these accusations. Ryder wrote.

Meanwhile, I, Paradis, stated that Heard’s allegations are “completely different from the genuine Johnny I have been acquainted with, and based on my personal encounters over numerous years, I can affirm that he was never aggressive or harmful towards me.”

Heard also denies that Elon Musk and James Franco had extramarital affairs, in addition to accusing Depp of punching him and defecating in their bed. The trial began in early July and lasted for three weeks.

Hear has stated that Depp made various threats to end her life on multiple instances. Additionally, she alleges that he forcibly hurled a phone towards her, resulting in visible bruises on her face. Furthermore, Heard has accused Depp of engaging in physical violence against her.

Amber Heard says she still has love for Johnny Depp despite behaving in “horrible, unrecognizable” ways during their relationship

Amber Heard is seen during an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden.

In her interview with Guthrie, Heard confessed that she still has affection for Depp, regardless of the events surrounding the trial.

“According to the ‘Aquaman’ actor, it may be easy for anyone who has ever loved you to understand that it could either be really easy or difficult to understand. I don’t have any negative feelings or bad intentions towards him. In fact, I could never make a broken relationship worse, as I tried my best and loved him with all my heart.”

Guthrie has also brought up the criticism that Depp’s lawyers have not taken accountability for Heard’s response, in which she said she behaved in unrecognizable and horrible ways that she regrets.

She stated, “However, I consistently spoke honestly. Numerous errors. Numerous errors. I committed numerous mistakes. Our treatment towards one another was dreadful.”

In 2016, Heard filed for divorce from Depp and accused him of physical abuse

During their romantic involvement, Heard claimed that Depp had inflicted physical harm on her, asserting that it typically occurred when he was intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Merely four days thereafter, Heard secured a temporary legal injunction against the actor who had been nominated for an Academy Award. Subsequently, on May 23, 2016, Heard initiated divorce proceedings against Depp.

Recently, an alleged incident took place where Johnny Depp threw his phone at Amber Heard, who had a bruised face. This incident was reported to the police by people who told a police spokesman that it was a domestic incident. However, no crime was found and no calls were made on the radio for an investigation into the incident before Amber Heard filed for divorce on May 21st.

Depp denied these accusations and, as per his representatives, claimed that Heard was “attempting to quickly reach a financial agreement by making allegations of mistreatment.”

Amber Heard testified that her sister taught Johnny Depp to snort cocaine with a tampon applicator

Actor Amber Heard testifies in the courtroom at the Fairfax County Circuit Courthouse in Fairfax, Virginia, on May 16, 2022.

While they were in each other’s company, Amber Heard alleged that Whitney Henriquez, her sister, provided guidance to Johnny Depp regarding the utilization of a tampon applicator for the purpose of snorting cocaine.

The actress previously reported that she said she took a picture of her apartment in California in 2013. In response to a photo presented in court by one of Johnny Depp’s lawyers, it was heard that she was next to a tampon applicator on a table, which showed four lines of cocaine.

“Isn’t it?” Asked Camille Vasquez, the lawyer representing Heard, pointing to the photo on Depp’s table. Typically, when you snort cocaine, there’s residue from that cocaine on the table, and it doesn’t stay there, it usually goes into your nose when you touch your nose and lips.

In response, I overheard someone say, “The device you see next to the driver’s license, which resembles a tampon applicator, is something that I think my sister instructed him to use for inserting the cocaine.”

The court case began with opening statements from Heard and Depp’s lawyers

    Johnny Depp Amber Heard

In opening statements, J. Benjamin Rottenborn, Heard’s lawyer, informed the jury about Insider Heard’s turbulent connection with Heard, alluding to his tumultuous relationship with Depp, and stated that Depp plans to transform this case into a soap opera.

Rottenborn stated that the lawsuit revolves around the inquiry of whether Heard exercised her constitutional right to Freedom of Expression by penning an opinion piece for the Washington Post detailing her encounter with domestic abuse.

“The response is quite obviously affirmative,” Rottenborn expressed.

Rottenborn contended, “Trust me, the article would have appeared vastly dissimilar,” asserting that if Heard had aimed to depict her connection with Depp, it was evident that the article wasn’t intended to dredge up accusations against Depp, but to address a matter influencing pending legislation. Amidst the hearing, Rottenborn recited the entire opinion piece and put forth this assertion.

Rottenborn stated, “Due to Johnny Depp initiating this lawsuit, all of that information will be revealed. It is important to understand that Amber Heard had no intention of exposing the true nature of Johnny Depp to the public… You will witness the genuine Johnny Depp, beyond his portrayal as a pirate.” There is a multitude of details that she could have shared, enough to fill a book. However, she chose not to disclose them. That was not the intended focus of this article.

Chew’s attorney Benjamin Depp strongly criticized Heard as an untruthful individual, expressing in the courtroom that her allegations severely damaged Depp’s professional life and distanced him from filmmakers who previously held a favorable view of the actor.

When Mr. Depp, your career depends on your reputation, the producers of the movie you want to be associated with can tell you that Chew can be particularly harmful.

“By opting to deceive about her spouse for her own personal advantage, Amber Heard chose to destroy his reputation,” he stated.

I do not consider the appeal of proposed grounds that the prospect of success is reasonable: saying, Judge Nicol refused to grant permission to appeal against his judgment, but Johnny Depp and his legal team had hoped to overturn the court’s ruling with an appeal, as stated in a public statement made on November 25th.

At the Court of Appeal, Depp has the opportunity to request an appeal above Judge Nicol until December 7. Additionally, the judge mandated that Depp provide an initial payment of £630,000 ($841,733) to News Group Newspapers, the publisher of The Sun, in order to cover their legal expenses.

In 2015, Depp and Heard married in a private ceremony

After dating for several years, Heard and Depp got married in a very private ceremony at their home in LA, as evidenced by the photos.

    Johnny Depp and Amber Heard.

However, the parties were unsuccessful in doing so. Nevertheless, she had granted Depp and Heard a 23-day period to reach a settlement as an alternative to the final decision. On June 24, Judge Penney Azcarate, who oversaw the defamation trial, officially recorded the jury’s verdict in the docket.

Judge Azcarate’s order stated that each party was subject to a 6% annual interest rate on the amount owed, in accordance with Virginia law.

Lawyers representing Heard filed a 53-page document later in the week, calling for the verdict to be overturned. They argued that the monetary damages awarded were “excessive” and insufficient evidence was provided to support Depp’s claims.

In the trial, one of the jurors was never called for jury duty and was wrongly seated, the legal team also said.

Lawyers for Heard had previously stated that they would seek a retrial. They also mentioned that there was additional evidence that could have influenced the jury, such as notes from her doctor that indicated how Depp treated her during their relationship. Heard also made similar statements on “Dateline” NBC.

Amber Heard appeals ‘chilling’ $10m verdict in defamation case

Actor Amber Heard waits before the verdict was read at the Fairfax County Circuit Courthouse in Fairfax, Va, Wednesday, June 1, 2022.

Deadline stated that Heard’s attorneys lodged an appeal in Virginia in November 2022, asking for the reversal of Depp’s $10m slander lawsuit against her or the granting of a fresh trial.

In 2020, Depp was defeated in a defamation lawsuit in the UK against The Sun newspaper, which branded him a “domestic violence perpetrator.” Heard’s legal team contended that the lawsuit “should not have proceeded to trial as another court had already determined that Depp had mistreated Heard on several occasions,” alluding to the incorrect jurisdiction in which the lawsuit was initiated.

Heard’s lawyers stated that if the verdict is “permitted to remain,” it will certainly have a chilling impact on other women who desire to discuss abuse concerning influential men.

Amber Heard once wrote I ‘want to rip you apart, devour you and savor the taste’ in a private letter to Johnny Depp

    Amber Heard.

Johnny Depp’s lawyers presented two private letters that actress Amber Heard wrote, in which she described what they heard from the “love of series” journals that Depp shared and complied with, alongside an image of the pair on holiday in Australia.

Based on the evidence, in the initial correspondence, Heard expressed, “No, it’s actually about having both. Genuine love is not merely about the frenzy of desire or alternatively choosing the security of tranquility.”

Do not worry. Enjoy the flavor and consume you completely, desire to tear you apart more than ever, of course, but I still, maybe the most, have observed in you the genuine essence of companionship and admiration. That is what has astonished me, becoming deeply infatuated with your acquaintance.

After Depp’s attorney completed the reading of the letter, Heard inquired if she had accurately conveyed her message by stating, “Indeed, it is a heartfelt message.”

Depp’s attorney proceeded to the second letter, in which Heard directly addresses Depp regarding the conflicts within their relationship.

In the correspondence addressed to Depp, Heard expressed, ‘Furthermore, last evening I was completely devastated. Whenever I sense provocation, similar to yourself, I have the capacity to become wicked when I am emotionally wounded. I deeply regret causing you pain. I apologize for my tendency to become irrational.'”

In a subsequent exchange, Heard conveyed her remorse to Depp for what she described as “her involvement” in causing damage to the actor.

She wrote, “I’m Steve, yours forever, you love I. The person who lasts in the world deserves it. You are the last thing in the whole world that deserves it. There’s never a good enough reason to hurt you.”

Steve and Slim are aliases Heard and Depp utilized during their romantic involvement.

Amber Heard says she still plans to donate the $7 million from her divorce settlement

    Johnny Depp and Amber Heard.

One of the key arguments made by Depp’s lawyers during the defamation trial was that Heard had lied about donating approximately $7 million from her divorce settlement with Depp to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) after their divorce in 2017. She revealed that the money had not yet been donated, but she had made the pledge during the trial.

Heard mentioned on the “Today” program that she plans to fulfill the commitment.

Heard Said, “I shouldn’t think you have to donate an effort to believe it, and if you can pull me back where one example of this is another, you can call me a liar in every possible way. The trial was meant to cast dispersions on my credibility, considering how much I am a human being.”

Amber Heard said she befriended Elon Musk after Johnny Depp stood her up at the Met Gala

    Amber Heard and Elon Musk

Amber Heard said that she became friends with Elon Musk later, whom she dated, after her then-husband Johnny Depp stood her up at the 2016 Met Gala, where they met.

She didn’t recognize him at first. The CEO of SpaceX and Tesla met on the red carpet. It was previously said that an explosive fight led to the end of their relationship. Depp testified that he failed to show up at the event, which was held two weeks after the couple had a fight.

I overheard someone say, “It was Elon,” directly in front of a man while waiting in line. We began conversing until I couldn’t remember who he was. He kindly reminded me that we had previously met when he was accompanied by his mother.

Heard mentioned that while by herself at the event, she reunited with Musk who was seated at a neighboring table.

“He was sitting at a table close by, we started talking that evening, and we eventually became friends,” she shared.

4 days later on November 6, Depp announced that he had been ‘asked to resign’ from his role as Grindewald in ‘Fantastic Beasts 3’

Johnny Depp as Gellert Grindelwald in “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.”

Depp will no more depict the contentious sinister sorcerer Grindelwald in the forthcoming “Fantastic Beasts” movie.

I wish to let you know that I have been asked to resign from my role in “Fantastic Beasts” as Grindelwald by Warner Bros. In his Instagram statement posted on November four, he wrote a typed letter in which he concluded his libel case.

He wishes to continue by saying, “Finally,” I will not change my fight to confirm and tell the truth about the surreal judgment of the UK court.

Depp added, “the accusations against me are untrue, which shows that I am determined and resolute.” “My career and life will not be defined by this particular moment in time.”

Warner Bros. Officially announced his exit to Variety, but in a statement released shortly after Depp’s, the third installment of the “Fantastic Beasts” series had already commenced filming.

“The studio expressed gratitude towards Johnny for his contributions to the films thus far,” they stated.

Following weeks of speculation, Danish actor Mads Mikkelson was officially announced as Depp’s replacement.

Despite being ousted from the film after shooting only one scene, Johnny Depp will still receive full compensation for his next installment, as claimed by The Hollywood Reporter UK on September 20.

Depp is set to receive a substantial amount of money for his efforts, in accordance with his “pay-or-play” agreement, which guarantees him full compensation regardless of whether the film is produced or if there are any changes in the cast.

Depp testified that Heard or one of her friends defecated in their bed after he broke up with her

Actor Johnny Depp testifies at the Fairfax County Circuit Courthouse in Virginia.

After a dispute on April 21, 2016, during which he claimed he was ending their relationship, Depp subsequently stated in court that Heard was accountable for excrement discovered on their bed that they both used. In the wake of a celebratory meal honoring Heard’s thirtieth birthday, the actor asserted that the occurrence took place.

Depp stated, “I chuckled,” was my initial response to that. The reaction to viewing a picture of the excrement, explaining, was. “It was incredibly unconventional. It was incredibly strange and so repulsive that I could only chuckle,” he remarked.

According to Depp, he thought the explanation that blamed Heard for the fecal incident, involving her two dogs Pistol and Boo, was absurd.

Depp stated, “It was not the canines. I absorbed their odor. I resided with those canines. They have a weight of approximately 4 pounds each. They are teacup Yorkies.” Depp mentioned, “She attempted to attribute it to the canines. She mentioned the presence of fecal matter on the bed.”

Heard said she thought Depp was joking the first time he hit her

Actor Amber Heard attends her ex-husband Johnny Depp’s defamation trial against her, at the Fairfax County Circuit Courthouse in Fairfax, Virginia, U.S., April 28, 2022.

“Yes,” she immediately answered to the inquiry of whether she remembered the initial instance Depp hit her, throughout her deposition on May 4, 2022, when Heard testified for the first time.

We were having a normal conversation and talking while I was sitting on the couch.

Heard testified that Depp slapped her “across the face”. In response, Depp jokingly laughed and pointed at her, thinking she found it funny. Heard testified that Depp joked about the “wino” phrase depicted in his tattoo. She said that Depp joked and pointed at the tattoo, mentioning that he has a tattoo with contents that she asked him about.

Unsure of what had just happened, she laughed in the moment because she had thought Depp was joking. “You think you’re a funny bitch. You think it’s so funny,” she said and testified that Depp had slapped her for a second time.

She lost her balance and at that moment, he slapped her across the face. She stared at Depp and said, “Heard.” She was unsure of how to respond because she didn’t react, but then she realized that Depp had not been joking. The actress said this.

A lawyer who represented Amber Heard during prenup negotiations said Johnny Depp called her a ‘b-‘ and tried to fire her while drunk

During the middle of the negotiation process, the actor phoned her and referred to her as “bitch,” said Michelle Mulroney, the attorney who represented Amber Heard during negotiations with Johnny Depp and pre and postnuptial agreements.

Mulroney said that Depp called her attorneys and informed them about the reported sexist insult made by the insider during the negotiations, and advised them to take a step back.

Mulroney stated, “He fired Amber on my behalf, he called me names, and he was very mean. That is my recollection.” “The only exact recollection I have is that he called me a bitch.”

Johnny Depp once asked his former agent to shut down a film because it featured nude scenes with Amber Heard

Actor Johnny Depp reacts during his defamation case against ex-wife, actor Amber Heard, at the Fairfax County Circuit Courthouse in Fairfax, Virginia, U.S., May 25, 2022.

During court testimony, Depp’s ex-agent, Tracey Jacobs, revealed that the actor idolized drug culture and had escalating problems with rage, which eventually led him to send a string of furious emails, written in all capital letters, to Heard regarding her nude scenes in the 2018 movie “London Fields.”

The exchange between Depp and Jacobs began when she immediately contacted the producers of “Fields” in London to inform them that she intended to debut their film at the International Toronto Film Festival, featuring scenes of nudity.

Depp stated in the email, as reported by Insider, that there will be no explicit scenes and her talent representatives are ineffective and uninspiring in Amber’s agreement. Could you kindly contact these individuals and ensure that you and Jake address this matter promptly?

Depp added in an email follow-up, “It must be understood that we will instantly ruin them and they should comprehend that these individuals are insignificant in this industry. I will sue them or force them to shut down on Sunday.”

On November 2 the court ruled against Depp in the libel trial

Actor Johnny Depp at the High Court in London

Amber Heard, Depp’s former spouse, was subjected to violence according to The Sun, as determined by Judge Mr Justice Nicol who commenced the high-profile trial after three months of accurate reporting.

Nicol considered 14 separate instances that The Sun’s legal team cited to support their portrayal of Depp as a “domestic abuser” when reaching his verdict.

A spokesperson for The Sun expressed gratitude to the judge for his thorough evaluation and commended Amber Heard for her bravery in providing testimony to the court. The Sun has consistently advocated for victims of domestic abuse for more than two decades, emphasizing the importance of ensuring that these victims are never silenced.

Heard’s attorney, in a statement witnessed by the BBC, stated that abundant evidence will be promptly presented in the United States. This ruling and verdict come as no astonishment to those of us who were in attendance for the trial held at the London High Court.

“We are dedicated to seeking justice for Amber Heard in the United States Court and protecting Ms. Heard’s freedom of expression.”

“This ruling is both perplexing and aberrant,” stated his attorneys in a released statement, refuting all allegations of Johnny Depp’s involvement in violence towards Heard. Johnny Depp vehemently denies these accusations.

The allegations were thoroughly discredited as each point was refuted by a variety of documentary proof, unopposed testimonies from other individuals, her previous assistant, medical professionals, law enforcement officials, and the judge’s troubling reliance on disregarding the substantial amount of contradicting evidence presented by Amber Heard’s testimony.

This was the most disregarded aspect. It would be absurd to not consider Mr. Depp’s appeal, as the judgment is so clearly flawed. In contrast to the ongoing libel proceedings in America, we hope that this case will be fair. Instead of selectively choosing evidence to support one side, it is important to provide full disclosure to both parties.

In her column for The Washington Post, Heard penned an article about her experience as a victim of domestic violence, strongly implying that Depp, who is not named in the piece, is the perpetrator. She has also launched a $50m case against him.

In 2019, Depp sued Heard for $50 million for defamation over the WaPo article

The actress’s lawsuit claimed that Heard’s accusations were a component of an “intricate deception designed to create favorable attention” for the actress. Alternatively, the lawsuit asserted that Heard “is not a survivor of domestic violence, she is an offender,” and refuted any claims of Depp ever mistreating her.

The central premise of the op-ed stated that Ms. Heard was a victim of domestic abuse and Mr. Depp perpetrated violence against her in their domestic relationship, according to “Depp’s attorneys”.

According to Variety, Heard called him ‘the Monster’ and provided specific examples of alleged mistreatment that she claimed took place throughout their marriage in a court document aimed at dismissing Depp’s defamation lawsuit.

Depp has claimed that Heard had affairs with James Franco and Elon Musk.

In the game of ping pong, it is alleged that Depp forcefully propelled her across a table and pulled her amidst shattered glass. Heard asserted that she continues to bear the marks of this event on her arms and feet.

The lawsuit is still in progress in the United States.

Amber Heard suggests that the jury was influenced by social media

Amber Heard on NBC’s “Today” show.

During one of her first TV interviews, it was suggested that the jury in the Heard trial was heavily influenced by a decline in popularity on social media for Depp.

Heard stated on NBC’s “Today” program that it was “impossible” for the jury to evade this.

If you think that there’s fair representation on social media — tell me and look into my eyes — tell me and look into my eyes — tell me and look into my eyes — tell me and look into my eyes — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if you think I’m lying, I believe that I deserve all of this vitriol and hate — even if

The actress from “Aquaman” also mentioned that she does not hold the jury responsible for deciding in support of her former spouse.

“I genuinely comprehend. He’s an adored character and individuals feel they are acquainted with him. He’s an exceptional performer,” She expressed.

The rumors that Depp or his agents attempted to pay for or organize an online campaign to support the actor were completely untrue, stated Depp’s attorney Camille Vasquez. Depp’s lawyers on the “Today” show refuted the idea that social media had any impact on the trial, prior to Heard’s interview.

During an interview on NBC’s “Dateline,” Depp’s attorneys stated that Heard and her legal team were “reinventing” the trial.

In 2020, phone recordings were released in which Heard admitted to ‘hitting’ Depp

In January, phone recordings acquired by the Daily Mail were made public. In these recordings, Heard confessed to “striking” Depp.

“Babe, you’re not punched. It wasn’t striking you. I was striking you, but I apologize for not delivering a proper slap across your face,” says the individual.

You were striking, I was striking, I did not harm you, I did not strike you, but you’re alright, I am unsure about the movement of my physical hand.

I couldn’t just take the idea of physical abuse more seriously, because I swear to you honestly, the physicality of it all. Meanwhile, Depp said in the “recording” last night that I left.

Depp continued, “currently we are a freaking crime scene. We are terrified, I already mentioned this before, darling. It would have been really bad if it had continued because we were scared.”

Heard replied, “I cannot assure you that I won’t resort to physical aggression again. Honestly, there are moments when I get extremely angry and utterly lose my composure.”

Johnny Depp’s Lawyer suggests the actor may not make Amber Heard pay the damages

Johnny Depp’s attorney Benjamin Chew gives closing arguments during Depp’s defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard at the Fairfax County Circuit Courthouse in Fairfax, Virginia, U.S., May 27, 2022.

During an interview on “Good Morning America” with host George Stephanopoulos, Johnny Depp’s attorney, Benjamin Chew, suggested that Heart may not be able to pay the $10.35 million in damages after the verdict.

Chew stated that it was never about the money for Mr. Depp when asked whether the actor would agree to a settlement to waive monetary damages if the appeal is not heard.

“This was about repairing his reputation, and he has accomplished that,” Chew added.

She didn’t believe in accountability because she heard another interview with Savannah Guthrie, the host of NBC’s “Today” show, where the jury said that.

Chew stated that she did not accept responsibility for anything, or at least the jury may have interpreted that she did not appear, who did not appear, to Ms. Heard, a distinct difference was it, “And I believe it was a distinct difference to Ms. Heard, that he composed,” some regrettable messages about some regrettable messages that he composed, open about some regrettable messages that he composed, “He was open about some regrettable messages that he composed,” Chew said, his substance abuse problems, about his substance abuse problems, was very open about his substance abuse problems, Johnny took ownership of his problems.

Depp and Heard’s divorce was concluded one year after Heard initiated the process. During their time in Australia, the couple neglected to officially declare the dogs that were at the heart of the 2015 controversy, which Heard decided to keep. On the other hand, Depp exclusively retained ownership of all properties, which encompassed his private island in the Bahamas, along with his assortment of vintage cars and motorcycles.

Hollywood Reporter reported that a non-disparagement clause was inserted into the settlement, which prevented any negative comments about the high-profile relationship and break-up from either party.

Depp said a ‘possessed’ Heard severed his finger with a vodka bottle after an argument

Actor Johnny Depp displays the middle finger of his hand, injured while he and his ex-wife Amber Heard were in Australia in 2015, as he testifies during his defamation trial against Heard at the Fairfax County Circuit Courthouse in Fairfax, Virginia, U.S., April 20, 2022.

To Australia when she flew out to visit him as he filmed the fifth installment of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise.

Heard arrived in Australia “extremely agitated” about how a meeting with Depp’s attorneys had been conducted, feeling that one of the attorneys she met with had been “impolite and dismissive,” as Insider previously reported. Depp informed the court that he had requested his attorneys to discuss a postnuptial agreement with Heard.

Depp recalled staying in a spacious residence in Australia, where there were a minimum of nine bedrooms and bathrooms. He recounted how she vigorously knocked on the doors, shouted vulgarities, and expressed a desire for a physical confrontation. In response, he sought refuge by securing himself inside.

Depp said that behind him, the bottle flew past his face and smashed on the ground. Heard yelled at him and started following him to the bar. She proceeded to throw the bottle at him and continued yelling at him, following him to the bar. Depp noted that the stressful situation caused him to pour a few shots of vodka for himself and go to the bar in the house. He said that he had been sober for some time, but the stress of the situation caused him to start drinking again.

Depp said that he sliced off his right middle finger while making contact with his hand. He then threw it and heard the bottle hit. He picked up the second bottle and heard himself say to pour another drink. He continued and picked up a larger bottle of vodka and went back to the bar.

He said, “I shattered it everywhere and made contact with it.” “Honestly, I didn’t feel pain at first,” if something was dripping down my hand and I felt heat, I realized what I was feeling. “I was looking directly at my sticking out bones and then I looked down and realized that the tip of my finger had been severed, and inside the meaty portion of your finger.”

Heard him testify later that he threw a bottle of vodka rather than cut off the tip of his right middle finger, and lied to the doctors about how it happened, Depp.

He expressed that he had no intention of involving her in that situation. He made an effort to maintain a harmonious and uncomplicated environment for everyone. He had no desire to get her into trouble. He had no desire to reveal that it was Ms. Heard who had thrown a vodka bottle at him and subsequently severed his finger.

On Wednesday, an official representative for Depp informed Insider that Mr. Depp will not be personally available for today’s 3 p.M. Verdict and will be observing from the United Kingdom due to previously arranged work obligations made prior to the trial.

A representative for Heard criticized Depp for his nonattendance.

The spokesperson remarked, “Your attendance indicates the importance you place on certain matters.” “Amber Heard awaits a verdict in Virginia while Johnny Depp strums the guitar in the UK. Depp is currently on tour, exhibiting his laughter and lack of seriousness.”

I am feeling disappointment today that words cannot express. Immediately after the verdict was released, I issued a statement on social media. I’m heartbroken because there is still an overwhelming amount of evidence that I wasn’t able to overcome the disproportionate sway and influence of my ex-husband.

The idea that violence against women is taken seriously is reinforced by it. It resets the clock to a time when women who spoke out could be publicly humiliated and shamed. Furthermore, it resets the clock to a time when women who spoke out could be publicly humiliated and shamed. “I’m even more disappointed with what this verdict means for other women,” she added.

Following Heard’s allegations of domestic abuse, Depp’s additional track, “This is a Song for Miss Hedy Lamarr,” which he played during his UK tour with Beck in May, appears to allude to his decline in reputation.
