Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes continue to demonstrate that the pair that exercises together, remains united.
The anchors from the previous GMA3 show, known as “What You Need to Know,” were seen going for a morning run on Tuesday, June 14th, in Manhattan. Robach, who is 50 years old, wore a red sports tank top and black shorts while she and Holmes, aged 45, maintained their running speed. As for Holmes, who is originally from Arkansas, he wore a completely white athletic attire.
Starting from the beginning of 2021, the television broadcasters have frequently embarked on joint ventures. They departed from the third hour of Good Morning America in January, arousing enthusiasm due to their controversial love affair.
Robach shared in a TikTok video posted on the GMA3 official account in March 2022 that having a running companion is beneficial. One suggestion she offered is to exercise with friends, as it helps alleviate the feeling of solitude. It adds to the enjoyment and camaraderie when you have someone to share the experience with while putting in the effort. Additionally, scheduling regular meetups and establishing a plan contributes significantly to the overall experience.
“During our training sessions, I’ve been running alongside you, and you effortlessly maintain the same speed. I don’t need to concern myself with these matters. … Does that mean I am the one following your pace? You are the one setting the pace,” Holmes responded at that moment.
The twosome has organized the 2023 RBC Brooklyn Half Marathon and the TCS New York City Marathon in February 2022, along with various half and full marathons throughout New York, in the past month.
In December 2022, Holmes initiated legal proceedings to end his marriage after marrying Marilee Fiebig in 2010. The BET graduate is also the father of two older children with his former spouse Amy Ferson and has a daughter, Sabine, with Fiebig. Following the scandalous affair, the former couple decided to end their relationship and started the process of legally dissolving their marriage. The author of “Better Together” and Andrew Shue, who has three sons with his former wife Jennifer Hageney, got married in 2010. Neither Robach nor Holmes addressed the photographs at that time, but they were both in committed relationships with other individuals when they were seen getting intimate throughout the month in pictures obtained by the Daily Mail. The couple was initially romantically connected in November 2022.
Amid the Holmes and Robach scandal, GMA3 broadcasts were pulled. Later in January, it was revealed that they were officially “out” at the network, which was confirmed by the broadcast station two weeks later. Since then, DeMarco Morgan has replaced Holmes and Robach, alongside Pilgrim and Eva.
After the ABC departure of the couple, they are strategizing their next professional steps in unison.
In the United States, during the month of April, a source revealed exclusively that a pair, who describe themselves as a duo, have pitched a reality show. They have also pitched a daytime talk show, a docuseries, and another reality show. It is anticipated that these shows will become popular, as they will be watched by people who are familiar with the couple. Amy, who is part of the couple, has stated that these shows are about genuine love and whatever they do together, it is a reflection of their true feelings.
