I consented to a follow-up call, which I received within approximately 3 minutes. He provided me with the choice of remaining on the line or receiving a call back, as he required the involvement of the flood insurance provider. My conversations with Noah felt extremely organic and immediately addressed the matter at hand. Noah was capable of revising my policy, sending me an email for electronic signature, and subsequently sending a confirmation containing the details of my policy. Anxious about the dreaded alternative of being told “I’ll call you back” but then never receiving a call.
