Our coffee is sourced, transported, and roasted within a short period of time, ensuring a truly fresh cup of coffee. Typically, coffee is stored as green coffee for long periods and shipped in containers. However, we prioritize freshness by recently harvesting and roasting our coffee.
Specialty coffee in its green bean state, graded according to SCAA standards, can be described as coffee that is free from any defects and possesses a unique character when tasted, scoring 80 or higher. True artisans carefully roast the finest green coffee beans to unlock their full flavor potential. Therefore, specialty coffee refers to the finest green coffee beans roasted to perfection by skilled craftsmen. We exclusively utilize Specialty Coffee sourced from Colombia for both our Blends and Single Origin Coffee.
