In June of that year, Brown agreed to plead guilty to a severe assault accusation. On the night before the 2009 Grammy Awards, which resulted from an attack inside his vehicle on his then-girlfriend Rihanna, he was accused of two serious crimes. When he was first apprehended, the singer was merely 19 years old.
He was put on probation for five years under Brown and was also required to complete 1,400 hours of community service, which was “labor-oriented.” Additionally, he had to attend a yearlong counseling program for domestic violence.
In early 2013, Jackie Lacey, the District Attorney of L.A., Was accused of faking his community service hours, with prosecutors saying he had no credible or verifiable proof to support his claims, and his documentation was at its worst in terms of being fraudulent and sloppy at best.
Mark Geragos, attorney for Brown, informed the Los Angeles Times that the District Attorney’s office has seemingly lost their ability to read their own reports, as they are making defamatory, libelous, and scurrilous statements. Additionally, they seem to have completely lost their minds, as they claim that the labor community forms and the painting and scrubbing of walls and floors by the “Office D.A.’S the and,” should be embarrassing for Brown.
Brown’s probation requirements were modified to include an additional 1,000 hours of community service. While the charges related to the crash were eventually dropped, Brown was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run accident in July 2013, which led to suspicions of him faking his alleged community service hours.
Brown was ordered to spend three months in Los Angeles for facility rehabilitation management. After that, he was subsequently brought back to California to face a judge and charged with felony assault. He spent 36 hours in jail after being charged. In October 2013, Brown was arrested again outside of his Washington D.C. Residence following an altercation with two men.
He pled guilty to the assault in September in Washington D.C. And subsequently ended up getting an early release in June of that year. He was sentenced to 131 days in county jail for violating probation once again. On May 9, 2014, a judge sentenced him to the facility for violating the rules, and on March 14, 2014, he was kicked out of the Malibu Passages facility for not completing the full 90 days.
In the instance, no charges were brought forth, and his representatives vehemently denied the allegations. While enjoying himself at the Palms Casino Resort, Brown purportedly assaulted a woman and confiscated her mobile device, prompting an investigation by the Las Vegas Metro Police on January 2, 2016. Brown continued to be under probation.
In June 2017, Brown’s former girlfriend Karrueche Tran obtained a five-year restraining order against the singer. During the court proceedings, Tran alleged that he had sent her aggressive messages, such as “I will physically harm you” and “I assure you that I will greatly distress your existence.”
Brown replied in an extensive Instagram message, expressing his frustration with the constant attention from eager grown-ups. “Her group is putting in their utmost effort. For what purpose? No one has attended to my needs, and the extreme measures they are taking make them appear like stalkers.” He further stated, “Do you think I desire to pursue or remain with someone who intends to ruin me? She doesn’t require a legal order to keep me away. In fact, I am the one who needs protection from them.”
The judicial action will not be communicated before the end of custody, as confirmed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Paris. Between January 15th and 16th, 2019, two other individuals were detained in custody on charges of narcotics offenses and aggravated rape, and we were informed that Chris Brown is still in custody. It was reported that a woman in Paris accused him of raping her in his hotel room at the Oriental Mandarin Hotel, when Brown was abroad and got into trouble.

FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS EXTREMELY [DISRESPECTFUL] Brown then took to Instagram and declared his innocence, writing, “This Woman is Lying.” He was later released, with no charges filed against him.
