Dave Chappelle House Yellow Springs OH (Current)
The third season of the Chappelle Show was scheduled to be broadcast shortly before Chappelle’s decision to do this. During his childhood, he would spend summers in the same location with his father, where Chappelle bought a humble house in 2005, in the Yellow Springs region of Ohio.
The comedian hosting the jazz and blues festival got a little sentimental about how much he loves the crowd. Dave Chappelle publicly stated that he actually walked away from a $50 million deal with Central Comedy in order to move to Yellow Springs.
He expressed, “That is the reason why I returned and that is why I am remaining…You all are the most exceptional neighbors ever…It transpires that you do not require $50 million to reside in this vicinity, merely a pleasant smile and a benevolent demeanor.”
Shortly, we’ll address that. Dave can easily perceive how valuable his beloved support vehicles are, with a net worth of $42 million, similar to having a mortgage. The current estimation of the home’s value is determined by the gated entrance and the inclusion of 39 acres of breathtaking farmland. The home itself boasts 3.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a spacious 3,154 square feet.

Dave Chapelle picked up this cozy 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in June 2020 for $390,000. The property is situated on a little under a quarter acre of mixed commercial and residential zone.
In the area, Chapelle owns several commercial buildings, which makes sense as he wanted business ventures in his nearby place. The historic structure offers 3 apartments and 4 office spaces, along with an interior living space of 3,650 square feet.
Dave Chapelle Comedy Club
In 2020, comedian Dave Chapelle made a significant undisclosed purchase to buy a commercial building with the intention of turning it into a comedy club.
Currently in progress at YS, the construction of the comedy club/restaurant, which will be its new name, is still ongoing. We have a visual representation of what the completed club is anticipated to resemble in the photo rendering provided below.
