We are expanding our resources in the US to launch insurtech-enabled warranties and representations tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the near future. Our aim is to solve the inefficiencies that have hindered the development of transactional insurance for a long time and fill the gap in protection. Additionally, we aim to address the limited access to suitable insurance products at affordable prices and convenient coverage levels in the underserved mid-size and small M&A marketplace in the US. Hayes stated this.
David Rogers, one of the founders and executive partners at Fusion Specialty, expressed, “This marks a significant achievement for us in building our licensed insurance infrastructure on a global scale.” We are thrilled to bring that invaluable expertise, safety measures, and advanced technology to enhance our services in the US market. With our reputation as the top insurer for small to mid-size M&A transactions in the Asia-Pacific region, Fusion Specialty is well-positioned for success.
Co-founder and executive partner Killian McDermott expressed, “the outcome will be an enhanced M&A insurance experience for insureds, their brokers, and advisors in the future. Fusion Americas and our M&A ecosystem partners anticipate substantial growth in the US market for these specialized tech-driven M&A and specialty offerings.” “We provide distinct, technology-driven remedies to address the current shortcomings and constraints related to time and resources in the M&A insurance sector.”
