How to open and exit the Moldy Depths in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

Located beneath the Bedlam Raider headquarters on Koboh, in close proximity to Rambler’s Reach, lies The Moldy Depths. The entrance, which may seem familiar from a previous mission involving accessing the Jukebox for Greez’s cantina, is situated directly to the characters’ right. Simply pulling the gate latch from its stand and placing it nearby is all that is necessary to unlock the Moldy Depths. Afterwards, you can descend into the Moldy Depths, although finding an exit presents a whole new challenge.

Once you enter the Moldy Depths, make sure to circle back around the entire cavern and dismount the Nekko on the other side of the gate. After defeating the Gorgers, ride the Nekko up to the nearby gate and proceed to tame it. It is crucial to save the Nekko, as you will witness it being threatened by a pack of screaming Gorgers if you approach a bit closer. Pay attention to the sounds of the pack of screaming Gorgers as soon as you enter the Moldy Depths.

You can also use the nearby ledge to climb out of the moldy depths of the shard. Once you jump up to the ledge, you can release the latch on Mount Nekko, which allows you to move and respond. To summon the mount, use the “summon mount” command, which is Ctrl on the keyboard and R1 or the right bumper on the controller. This is probably the command that you forgot about. There is no time to keep the latch gate closing from the mount, but you will see another latch gate where you can latch onto the mount.

It’s important to keep in mind this technique, so there is an additional puzzle that necessitates you to “invoke mount.” Additionally reducing their significance in the game, there is also a restricted zone where you can freely explore while mounted. Given the ability to quickly teleport, mounts are not essential in the majority of situations. The game mandates you to summon a mount, one of the rare instances this occurs.

While you’re there, it would be a good idea to solve that puzzle since you leave the Moldy Depths right next to the barn. Furthermore, the additional puzzle is conveniently situated right above the Moldy Depths at the barn just outside the Bedlam Raider headquarters. Actually, at the barn just outside the Bedlam Raider base, the other puzzle is conveniently positioned right above the Moldy Depths.

We also have guides for solving puzzles and challenges in the game, including how to beat Holotactics and solve the puzzle at Pantheon Trailhead. It is not terribly difficult to exit Moldy Depths and know how to open the door once you understand how Nekko works and the puzzles in Survivor: Jedi.
