How to watch LIV Golf: leaderboard, schedule, players and how to stream online

How to watch LIV Golf

Last season, The CW aired its golf tournaments exclusively through an online stream.

TV streaming services like Hulu and FuboTV include CW as part of their channel lineup, along with traditional pay-TV providers. The CW is available to watch on traditional TV on Sundays and Saturdays. All three days of Golf LIV tournaments, including Fridays, are exclusively available to watch on the CW app, without the need for login.

This is actually still the easiest way for many golf fans outside of the US to watch LIV Golf tournaments. Is DAZN the home streaming service for LIV Golf? Cut the cord completely.

Watch LIV Golf in the UK

The streaming sports service DAZN carries all three rounds of the UK subscribers tournament. Fans can still watch it by subscribing to DAZN, but there is no specific home TV channel for Golf LIV in the UK at this time.

  • LIV Golf format

If you are exploring it for the initial occasion, there are several distinct aspects about the LIV Golf format that are useful to be aware of. The two professional golf associations are not precisely identical whereas LIV Golf is perceived as a competitor of the PGA Tour.

In a LIV Golf tournament, players participate in 54 holes over three days, playing one round (18 holes) per day, which differs from the typical four rounds of a PGA Tour event.

Golf LIV features a shotgun start, with players teeing off at staggered times throughout the day, rather than all going off at the same time on different holes.

However, there is also an aspect to it. In the PGA Tour, the first player to have the lowest cumulative score across all three rounds wins the tournament. Additionally, there are two other ways to win a Golf LIV tournament.

The team with the lowest cumulative score wins. The team scores are generated by combining the scores of players in each round. All 48 players are divided into four teams of 12.

Another major distinction is that there are no eliminations in LIV Golf; all 48 players participate in the entire tournament.
