    When driving from Memphis to East -40, I passed the entrance ramp and continued over the overpass. I then took a left turn at the stop sign, at the intersection of Road Kerr and Exit -165, to continue on Memphis to East -40. To reach the airport, I followed the signs for Exit Airport and then proceeded to Exit Rock Little. When driving from West -40 to Memphis, I passed the entrance ramp and continued over the overpass. I then took a left turn at the stop sign, at the intersection of Road Kerr and Exit -165, to continue on Memphis to West -40. To reach downtown, I followed the signs for Exit Downtown.

    Vehicle Pick Up

    Monday to Friday from 8 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon (Central Time).

    Branch terminals close earlier than the main offices to provide additional time for the process of pulling out and loading.

    Transportation drivers and tow truck operators are obligated to wear a conspicuously visible safety vest at all times while on IAA premises.

    The loaders at IAA are not permitted to lift anything greater than 11,000 lbs, as they must acknowledge that these items are solely responsible for loading and they must have the correct qualification and equipment to use the equipment.

    Days to Pay

    Local Purchaser: The vehicle was granted on the day + 2 additional days.

    International Buyer: The vehicle was granted for a period of 4 additional days.

    Payment must be made by 5:00PM at the local branch on the payment due date.

    Late Penalty: $50.00 or 2% (whichever amount is higher).
