Jonathan Majors, who is rumored to have had a good relationship with Good, opened up about his mental health since their relationship ended, during his appearance on The Breakfast Club radio show on Thursday. The film producer posted about his healing process after his divorce from Meagan Good.
I’m trying to find something else to get me through the pain, to help me heal in order to feel whatever I’m facing in my experience. I’ve been angry, I know there are moments when I can’t sleep and I find myself crying. I can sit here before all of you and have this interview, and be calm and introspective. I can sit here before all of you and have this interview, and be calm and introspective. I can sit here before all of you and have this interview, where there are nights when I can’t sleep and find myself crying. I’m trying to find something else to get me help, to find something else to get me help, to try and get me help, when I’m not facing what I’m experiencing, in order to heal and feel whatever I feel. They became betrothed in May 2012 and encountered each other on the set of their 2011 movie, Jumping the Broom. They do not have any offspring jointly and tied the knot on June 16, 2012. The justification he mentioned for the dissolution of their marriage is “irreconcilable disparities” and the documented date of parting is Aug. 21, 2021, as per legal records acquired by ET. Franklin initiated the divorce proceedings against Good on Dec. 21 in a courthouse situated in L.A.
He regrets writing his book when asked about it.
He shares, “I think the challenge is to look at the view from the rear instead of the front. We put a message into the world from a place of love and where we were. The value of delayed gratification is always going to be the message that somebody is going to help.”
Franklin revealed that he and Good still talk, sharing that “the love for us has not gone away. It’s just changed form.”.
“No, there is no animosity,” Franklin states. “So I am not pretending, I do not have any negative feelings towards anyone in that aspect because I do not have any negative feelings towards myself in that aspect. If I had those negative feelings, whatever energy I am projecting, that is what I will receive in return. She is content, and that is a positive thing,” he informs the Breakfast Club hosts, regarding Good’s speculated relationship with Majors, which initially gained attention in May. Franklin affirms that he holds no grudge against his former spouse or her alleged partner.
Although he admitted that “there are emotions,” Franklin decided to “let it be.”
TMZ was the first to report that Good and Majors were becoming “close”. According to eyewitnesses cited by the outlet, they went to the Alamo Drafthouse in downtown Los Angeles together to watch a movie in early May. People confirmed that the actors are indeed dating shortly after the initial report.
The news about the relationship emerged as Majors confronts accusations of domestic abuse made by a former girlfriend earlier this year.
ET confirmed on March 25 that the actor from Creed III was charged with three instances of assault in the third degree, one instance of aggravated harassment in the second degree, three instances of attempted assault in the third degree, and one instance of harassment in the second degree during the arraignment process.
According to the Manhattan District Attorney’s office, Majors “physically assaulted, pushed, attacked, and engaged in other forms of physical contact with another individual, resulting in physical harm.” This also extends to individuals who are part of the person’s family and household.
The accuser alleged that Majors hit her in the face with “an open hand,” resulting in “significant discomfort and a cut behind her ear.” Additionally, she accused Majors of gripping her hand, which resulted in “swelling, bruising, and significant pain to her finger.” Furthermore, the accuser claimed that Majors placed his hand on her neck, resulting in bruising and significant pain.
We are confident that he will be exonerated completely. We have provided irrefutable evidence that proves the charges are false. Jonathan Majors, who was previously told by his attorney Priya Chaudhry that he is innocent, has vehemently denied the accusations and has not abused anyone.
