Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

The video tutorial showcases a recipe for perfectly portioned and delightfully soft cookies! These mini chocolate chip cookies are made with just half a teaspoon of dough, resulting in one-bite, chewy treats.

These mini chocolate chip cookies are almost too cute to eat. They have an irresistible bite-size and taste just like regular chocolate chip cookies. You can hardly resist eating more than just a teaspoon-sized portion.

Here, I think it’s great that I can enjoy both indulgent and healthy foods. My roasted Brussels sprouts are just as nutritious as my low-calorie meringue cookies. These treats won’t ruin anyone’s resolutions, and I’m excited to offer them on my blog. While many people resolve to eat healthier and cut back on sugar, I don’t really believe in restricting myself to only healthy foods. This time of year is about enjoying a variety of foods.

These cookies are absolutely delicious, with a perfect buttery texture and an abundance of mini chocolate chips. Enhanced with vanilla flavor, they are soft and chewy, making them irresistible no matter the purpose for baking them.

Why you’ll love my recipe:

  • Remains tender and gooey, due to my preferred cookie baking method.
  • Utilizes melted butter for effortless blending.
  • You can prepare the dough up to five days beforehand or freeze it.
  • Just 30 minutes to relax!
  • What You Need

You only require 10 components to prepare these cute cookies! Here are the necessary items:

  • If you spread your cookie dough over a baking sheet, make sure your butter is hot too. Also, make sure to let it cool enough so that your sugars don’t melt. You could use salted butter, but if you prefer, you can reduce the salt to just ¼ teaspoon. I prefer to use unsalted butter. The butter should be melted.
  • I prefer to use a combination of dark and light brown sugar (along with granulated sugar!) To achieve the most flavorful cookies.
  • Ensure that you are acquainted with the correct method of measuring flour, otherwise your cookie dough may turn out overly parched and fragile.
  • Chocolate chips are essential for making mini cookies. It’s impossible to make mini cookies without mini chocolate chips! I highly suggest evenly distributing mini chocolate chips throughout the cookies to enhance their flavor. Sometimes, I also like to toss a few regular-sized semisweet chips in the mix. However, I don’t recommend using only regular-sized chips.
  • The efficient scooping procedure makes the work quick and easy, especially for this recipe that requires precise measurements. I use a ½ or 1 teaspoon scoop for this specific recipe, which I purchased from Amazon. Since this recipe makes 70 cookies, having the right scoop will make the job of scooping them much easier. While you don’t necessarily need a special cookie dough scoop for these cookies, it is recommended.

  • Combine the sugars into the mixture, then allow the butter to cool until it is no longer warm to the touch and mix the melted butter with the sugars.
  • Include egg and vanilla – Mix in the egg and vanilla until completely blended.
  • Slowly incorporate the dry components into the wet components, then combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix in.
  • Incorporate the chips – Gently mix in the chocolate chips until they are evenly dispersed throughout the dough.

  • Cover and refrigerate – Place plastic wrap over the dough and allow it to refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Let the cookies cool before enjoying. Bake the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Use a teaspoon-sized scoop to form dough balls, then bake and scoop.
  • Rolling the dough between your palms is optional, but it gives the cookies a bakery-style appearance! I also like to reserve some chocolate chips to press into the tops of the cookies after they come out of the oven. It helps make the cookies look more uniform.
