Private autopsy finds that Elliot Blair was ‘murdered’ in Mexico: attorney

Barnett stated, “There is evidence suggesting that Blair may have been attacked by more than one person,” Barnett added, “The autopsy confirms that Blair Elliot was murdered.”

According to a reliable source close to the family, Blair passed away at the Las Rocas Resort and Spa on January 14th, shortly after he and his wife, Kimberly Williams, were pulled over by two police officers in Rosarito for failing to fully stop at a stop sign.

According to the source, Blair was dismissed and gave $160, but didn’t possess the requested sum during the supposed extortion.

Williams, who confirmed the confrontation with the police during her first interview with ABC News on Thursday, said, “We’ve never been pulled over before her husband’s death.”

She said, “We were both rattled but at the same time, we didn’t feel thankful to God for anything more that we had.”

Blair, a deputy public defender from Orange County who was 33 years old, tragically passed away when he fell from the hotel’s third floor. Less than two hours later, his body was discovered wearing only underwear, a T-shirt, and socks.

The paper has been reported, and his family desires for authorities to examine the supposed extortion and ascertain if it is connected to Blair’s demise.

“He was my pillar in this world,” Williams informed ABC News. “We purchased our ideal residence, envisioned starting a family together.”

Williams, who is also a deputy public defender, added: “Without him, I feel as though I have nothing.”

Your boyfriend is currently down here, miss. Pardon me, pardon me, pardon me, he is recounting, “She mentioned that she was in a state of sleep when she was awakened by a security guard and the hotel manager.”

I informed ABC News that Williams said, “Well, Elliot was down there. They were pointing over to the front area of our door, and I ran out the front door, so I didn’t see him there. I didn’t see him there either. I turned to the side.”

The State Attorney General’s Office of Baja California has stated that Blair’s death was the outcome of a regrettable incident caused by the deceased falling from the third floor.

According to prosecutors, the toxicology report also revealed a significant level of alcohol in his body. The cause of his death was listed as severe head trauma.

However, Barnett and Williams challenged the conclusions and assert that Blair was the target of a brutal offense.

He accidentally fell over a balcony because he was not sober that fateful night. His wife also mentioned that he likely consumed six drinks over a period of six hours.

In an interview with ABC News, she expressed that she has never been able to see him, and she has never seen him being careless or walking. I have known him for nine years.

Dr. Rami Hashish, a consulting expert in family injury, said that there is a lot of evidence pointing to the fact that it was an accident.

“I believe it’s quite evident that the patterns of injury do not align with each other,” he informed ABC News.

“It was inevitable that hashish was added, resulting in fractures to the back of the skull. There are clear signs of potential harm as the body is being dragged towards the front. Additionally, there are marks of bruising on the body.”

Williams mentioned that the authorities talked about various possibilities with her, such as self-harm and mishap.

“Everything beneath the sun apart from what I believe occurred: Someone caused this to him,” she stated.

Williams said, “The hardest part for me is not knowing. Because Elliot deserves to know what happened in that 45-minute time span, I want to figure out everything we can.” Williams said, “I just know that. I didn’t know he fell. It’s not an accident, I just know it.”

The grieving woman stated that investigators inquired about whether she and Blair had been arguing. She shared with them, “We are currently here to celebrate our anniversary. What is the basis of your conversation?” She firmly denied, stating, “No, we are not engaged in any kind of dispute.”

Williams stated that she is voicing her thoughts to ensure that her deceased spouse will always be remembered.

I want people to know that Elliot, who is my world, told me “News ABC,” she is not some drunk who stumbled off the front ledge of our hotel room.

Williams added, “Honoring his name is the idea that is now right for me, keeping things only the one that’s going well for me now. I want the world to remember him as the person who had a kind heart, a beautiful smile, and was he.”
