The People’s Committee of Quang Nam province has just issued a decision approving the adjustment of investment policy and at the same time approving the investor of the Wyndham Grand Hoi An tourist and commercial apartment project, in Dien Duong ward, Dien Ban town. The project will be named Landmark Hoi An tourist and commercial apartments. 

The People’s Committee of Quang Nam province stipulates that tourist apartments can only provide tourism services in accordance with the law, not for housing purposes. This unit must strictly comply with the provisions of the law on the quarterly and annual reporting regime on the project implementation status and the tax reporting regime as prescribed. 

“In case Live Green – Hoi An Co., Ltd. does not comply with regulations, it will be considered and handled in accordance with current law,” Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee emphasized.

It is known that, in terms of scale, Wyndham Grand Hoi An has a usable land area of ​​5,616.4 m2. The total investment capital of the project is 600 billion VND. In which, the investor’s contributed capital is 120 billion VND; mobilized capital is 480 billion dong.

The objective of the project is to invest in building tourist apartments (not for residential purposes) for business in accommodation services, hotels, restaurants, functional areas to serve the needs of entertainment, buying and selling. shopping by tourists.

Hai Duong: Thanh Cong Group owes more than 8 billion VND in land use fees

In July 2021, the People’s Committee of Hai Duong province issued a written approval to extend the implementation time of the construction investment project of Thanh Cong ecological urban area, Kinh Mon district (now Kinh Mon town) phase I. Accordingly, phase I will complete the construction of the remaining technical infrastructure works of the project before June 30, 2022. The exploitation, business and transfer of residential land use rights of the project will be completed before December 31, 2031.
