Are you qualified for the Mounjaro Savings Card?

If you are eligible, you may pay as little as $25 for a 3-month or 1-month prescription of Mounjaro, allowing you to see savings below the card.

One month is defined as 28 days and 4 pens. Three months is defined as 84 days and up to 12 pens.

Next, finish the three-step procedure to establish qualification.

If you qualify for our savings program, we will provide you with a savings card which can be downloaded to your computer, emailed to yourself, or added to your phone’s mobile wallet. Additionally, you have the option to select your preferred method of receiving the savings card.

In order to collect your medication, present it to the pharmacist during your visit. Your card will become active upon reception, thus all you need to do afterwards is complete.

Please be aware that you need to validate your qualification on the Mounjaro website in order to utilize a Mounjaro Savings Card.

On 12/31/2023, the Card will expire and the savings will come to an end. The savings associated with the Card cannot be accessed by patients who do not have commercial drug insurance or are enrolled in any state, federal, or government funded healthcare program, including Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, DoD, VA, TRICARE®/CHAMPUS, or any state prescription drug assistance program. It should be noted that Lilly USA, LLC (Lilly) reserves the right to terminate, rescind, revoke, or modify the eligibility criteria and/or terms and conditions of the Mounjaro Savings Card Program (Card) at its sole discretion, without prior notice, and for any reason.

On 12/31/2023, the Card will expire and the savings will come to an end. There is a maximum annual savings of up to $1800, which can be used separately. For a 3-month prescription fill, the savings can be up to $450, and there is a separate maximum annual savings of up to $1800 per calendar year. For a 2-month prescription, the savings can be up to $300, and for a 1-month prescription, the savings can be up to $150. The maximum annual savings for a 3-month prescription fill is $450, and there is a separate maximum annual savings of up to $1800 per calendar year. You must not have commercial drug insurance if you want to obtain savings of up to $575 on filling your 1-month prescription of Mounjaro with a consistent FDA-approved product labeling, and you must not have insurance that covers Mounjaro’s 1-month prescription filling to obtain savings of up to $575 with a consistent FDA-approved product labeling. Lilly’s reserves the right to amend, revoke, rescind, or terminate the Card’s eligibility criteria and/or conditions, without any notice or discretion, which may occur at Lilly’s sole discretion, and the Card’s savings are subject to an annual maximum of $3,450 and a monthly maximum of 4 pens, defined as 28 days per month. The Card expires on 12/31/2023.

The benefits of the card are null and void in places where they are prohibited by law. The most up-to-date version of the Mounjaro Savings Card Program can be accessed at https://www.Mounjaro.Com. The eligibility criteria and terms and conditions for the Mounjaro Savings Card Program may change periodically at the sole discretion of Lilly, for any reason. Warnings –

If you have any symptoms of shortness of breath, trouble swallowing, hoarseness, or swelling or a lump in the neck, please inform your healthcare provider. It is important to monitor for these possible symptoms, as they could indicate thyroid cancer or tumors in the thyroid, which Mounjaro may cause.

  • If you or anyone in your family has ever had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), do not use Mounjaro, also known as type A thyroid cancer.
  • If you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), refrain from using Mounjaro.
  • If you have any allergies to Mounjaro or any of its components, please refrain from using Mounjaro.
  • Mount Kilimanjaro may result in severe adverse reactions,

    You may feel pain in your abdomen. If you have severe pain in your stomach area, you should call your healthcare provider right away and use Mounjaro to stop it.

    Symptoms of low blood sugar may manifest as restlessness and fatigue, appetite changes, fluctuations in disposition or restlessness, unease, rapid pulse, trembling, impaired speech, hazy eyesight, migraine, drowsiness or disorientation, perspiration, feeling faint or lightheaded, and may encompass indications of decreased blood glucose levels. Mounjaro is administered in conjunction with insulin or sulfonylurea, which are medications that can induce hypoglycemia, if there is an increased likelihood of experiencing low blood sugar. Hypoglycemia refers to abnormally low levels of glucose in the blood.

    If you experience any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, such as swelling of the throat or tongue, lips, or face, seek medical help right away and stop using Mounjaro. These symptoms may include difficulty swallowing or breathing, severe itching or a rash, feeling dizzy or fainting, and a very rapid heartbeat.

    In order to decrease the likelihood of dehydration, it is crucial for you to consume liquids. Kidney issues can exacerbate kidney problems, resulting in a depletion of fluids (dehydration), and subsequently causing diarrhea, queasiness, and throwing up in individuals with kidney problems (kidney failure).

    If you experience severe or persistent stomach issues, it is important to inform your healthcare provider, as cases of such problems have been documented in individuals who use Mounjaro. There have been instances where severe stomach problems were reported. These stomach problems can be severe.

    Changes in eyesight. Inform your healthcare provider if you experience any alterations in vision while undergoing treatment with Mounjaro.

    Some individuals have experienced problems with their gallbladder. If you have symptoms of gallbladder problems, it is important to inform your healthcare provider right away. Symptoms of gallbladder problems may include pain in the upper abdomen, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), and clay-colored stools.

    Common side effects

    Talk to your healthcare provider about any side effects that bother you or doesn’t go away. These are not all the possible side effects of Mounjaro. The most common side effects of Mounjaro include stomach pain, indigestion, constipation, vomiting, decreased appetite, diarrhea, and nausea.

    Before using Mounjaro

  • Before using Mounjaro for the first time, your healthcare provider should demonstrate how to use it.
  • Discuss with your healthcare provider regarding the condition of low blood sugar and methods to effectively handle it.
  • Your healthcare provider may recommend increasing your dose of another type of birth control after 4 weeks of using Mounjaro. If you start using Mounjaro for birth control, the pills may not work as well. If you take birth control pills by mouth, you may recommend another type of birth control.
  • Review these questions with your healthcare provider:

  • Do you have any other medical conditions, including issues with your pancreas or kidneys, or significant issues with your stomach like delayed stomach emptying (gastroparesis) or difficulties in digesting food?
  • Are you currently using any other medications for diabetes, such as insulin or sulfonylureas
  • Have you ever had a history of diabetic retinopathy?
  • Are you pregnant? Do you plan to become pregnant, breastfeed, or plan to breastfeed? If it is not known, Mount Kilimanjaro will harm your unborn baby, or your breast milk will be passed into it.
  • Are you currently using any other prescribed medications or non-prescription drugs, supplements, vitamins, or herbal remedies?

  • Mounjaro is administered subcutaneously in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.

  • Not directly adjacent, but within the same region of the body (like the abdominal region), you could administer a dose of Mounjaro and insulin via injection.
  • Rotate your injection site with each weekly injection. Avoid using the same location for each injection.
