Slain rapper PnB Rock’s girlfriend says ‘my man saved my life’ as she breaks silence

Caution: This narrative addresses self-inflicted harm.

Stephanie Sibounheuang is publicly mourning the loss of her friend, rapper PnB Rock, who was shot and killed during a robbery in September.

Sibounheuang’s caption takes on a more somber tone. The video abruptly stops at the end of the toast in a restaurant, where the family raises their glasses. The clip shows Sibounheuang singing and kissing the rapper while paragliding with their daughter. On Thursday, Sibounheuang posted a montage video on Instagram, set to PnB Rock’s song “UNI”.

She wrote, “I will not go to hell, but I could kill myself if I wasn’t spiritually okay. I am not completely okay.”

After the shooting, an assailant attempted to rob Sibounheuang multiple times before shooting him multiple times and trying to steal his jewelry. PnB was eating with Sibounheuang at Waffles & Chicken Roscoe’s in South Rock less than an hour before the fatal shooting. Sibounheuang claimed on her Instagram post that it was her boyfriend’s life that was claimed on September 12th.

Sibounheuang stated that “my partner rescued me” and “I shouldn’t be here, however, due to him, I am.”.

Sibounheuang said that killing his family was finally everything he had hoped for. She constantly relives the details of the crime, including being forced in the back of a police car during an interrogation in a locked room at night.

She said, “You know I’m your soulmate, my husband. And she praised him for being patient and loyal as the rapper.”

She continued, “And I am grateful for the experience of having a soulmate,” at least that’s what we got. It was even a little bit. I wish you would’ve changed your ways sooner, I told you how much I hated it and it took you so long.

The Police were investigating what prompted the attack. The Instagram post, in which she disclosed her boyfriend’s death, was deleted since it was revealed that she was at Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles in Rock. Soon after, the Los Angeles Chief of Police, Michel Moore, said that the shooting occurred at the restaurant, where he was tagged online after the rapper’s death. Thursday’s post was the first since Sibounheuang’s death.

Moore stated that following a post on social media, he was viciously assaulted while peacefully having a meal with his loved ones, potentially with his girlfriend or a close companion.

Trone, Shauntel, a third suspect, was charged with accessory and robbery after the fact. Two people, Lee Freddie and Trone, a 17-year-old boy, were charged with murder by prosecutors in South Los Angeles following the shooting, weeks later.

The adolescent boy fired the gunshot that took Rock’s life.

Since Rock’s death, my world has become dark and the devil is running loose on earth. Sibounheuang said that life has become difficult, needing much spiritual therapy and prayer to gain strength and do the simple things.

“I will never comprehend a loss so near. I feel so vacant,” she expressed.
