In Iran, uranium enrichment for the purpose of creating weapons-grade material is underway, and America is conducting surveillance using balloons. Meanwhile, Ukraine is experiencing missile attacks multiple times, leading to a state of instability and uncertainty in our living conditions.

WW3 Predictions: Kiev, Tehran, and Taipei

The three most probable contenders for the start of World War 3 are. Nevertheless, there could be multiple potential hotspots that could ignite the outbreak of the third world war.

  • The ongoing aggression towards Ukraine by Russian President Vladimir Putin,.
  • A strike by Israel on Iranian nuclear facilities followed by a response from Iran, and.
  • A Chinese assault on Taiwan.
  • War 3 is expected to be more lethal due to the fact that the globe has evolved and grown more destructive. World War II resulted in approximately 60 million fatalities, along with an extra 20-30 million deaths caused by war-related illnesses and starvation. The initial World War claimed the lives of forty million individuals, including both civilians and military personnel.

It is crucial to have leaders who comprehend the pertinent matters and remain composed amidst a turbulent storm. Collaborating together to prevent the outbreak of World War 3 is now more vital than ever for the international community. Given the delicate state of the world, a single misguided action could ignite the powder keg, leading to disastrous consequences.

What Countries Will Be in World War 3

Map of the world with Ukraine, Taiwan and Iran highlighted.

Photo: WW3 Map, the likely countries where World War 3 would start – Ukraine, Iran, and Taiwan

Some important individuals propose ongoing geopolitical tensions. Nevertheless, given the complex network of worldwide politics and partnerships, forecasting the precise nations that would participate in World War 3 is a challenging endeavor.

If the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia were to escalate, it would definitely be the most drawn-out conflict, involving the United States and Canada – two North American members of the NATO alliance – and the 29 European countries that are part of NATO.

Depending on the foreign policy of the United States at that time, Israel could potentially provoke a response from other countries in the region, not just Iran, by striking Iranian nuclear facilities. Since the Obama administration, there have been efforts by Saudi Arabia-led Sunni Arab countries to build an alliance with Israel, improving bilateral relations. However, the Biden Administration’s poor relationships with traditional Arab partners like the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have caused Gulf allies and the Saudis to pursue detente with Iran on their own, potentially coalescing with the Arab World against Israel.

South Korea, with its volatile leadership and nuclear capabilities, could potentially be involved in the eruption of World War 3 in East Asia, along with our allies in Asia – Japan, Australia, and the Philippines. This is because of China’s ambitions towards Taiwan and the United States being another potential participant on the side of North China.

    What is a World War?

World War I (1914-1918) and World War II (1939-1945), which encompassed numerous nations and involved millions of military personnel, civilians, and casualties, are commonly characterized as extensive global conflicts that engaged multiple countries from various regions of the world.

Conflicts such as the Korean War (1950-1953) and the Global War on Terrorism in Afghanistan (2001-2022) are typically not regarded as a global war due to the fact that those conflicts.

  • They were located in one area — the Korean Peninsula and Afghanistan — instead of covering various continents.
  • It did not manage to engage as many nations as either of the two major global conflicts did.
  • Despite the significant scale and intensity of the conflicts, the previous world wars caused less devastation.
  • What Would Happen If World War 3 Started?

The repercussions of such a war would be catastrophic. Each of these scenarios involves powerful nations with significant military capabilities, making them a potential real global conflict. Conflict could be sparked by several flashpoints such as a Chinese attack on Taiwan, an Iranian response to an Israeli strike on Iranian nuclear facilities, or the continued invasion of Ukraine by Russia. What would a real look like 3 World War? In the event of a 3 World War, the global landscape would undergo irreversible and drastic changes.

If World War 3 were to occur, it is certain that there would be unavoidable loss and devastation of human lives due to the significantly advanced military capabilities compared to World War I and World War II. Moreover, the continuous conflict would put immense pressure on the global economy, possibly resulting in a worldwide recession or even a depression. Additionally, there would be a major upheaval in political structures as alliances change and new powers potentially emerge. As the world struggles to recover from widespread destruction and immense loss, societal norms would also be profoundly disturbed.

The primary objective should be to uphold tranquility and address disputes through diplomatic endeavors. The potential consequences of such a confrontation would be incalculable, as everyone ought to desire a situation where a third global conflict does not arise. It is vital to comprehend this importance.

When Is WW3? Potentially, 2027 in Taiwan

Pacific Ocean seen off the coast of Taiwan

In February, William Burns, the Director of Central Intelligence (CIA), shared intelligence that cautioned whether Xi Jinping, the Chinese president, had actually decided to use military force for the unification of Taiwan, and instructed his country’s army to be ready to conduct a successful invasion by 2027.

The status quo in Taiwan will be shattered, either by the way or by one. Xi Jinping’s regime in China seems determined to bring a decisive conclusion to its long-term strategic dance with its former territory. Taiwan’s self-rule is in more danger today than at any point in its history of 70 years. The importance of Taiwan to the U.S. Cannot be understated, considering the political, strategic, and economic reasons.

As Russia’s invasion of Ukraine continues, it is crucial to prevent a World War 3 scenario and ensure that the lives of 23 million people are not at stake. Moreover, considering the significant economic and strategic implications, it would be wise for neighboring countries to have the freedom to decide whether or not to support an autocratic regime. Ultimately, if Russia decides to invade Ukraine, it is likely that it will face consequences, but it is better to address this issue sooner rather than later.

Is WW3 Coming to the South China Sea?

The Chinese government, specifically the Communist Party of China (CCP), has clearly stated that it will use military force if necessary to reunify Taiwan, which has been part of Chinese territory for centuries, with the mainland. It is evident that China is not willing to give up its claim on Taiwan without a fight.

Prior to a potential invasion, we failed to assist Ukraine in their preparedness for a conflict with Russia, but we must avoid repeating these errors when it comes to Taiwan. The United States has the ability to prevent the outbreak of World War III in the South China Sea, but the Taiwanese must reach a level of strength where it becomes evident that they can emerge victorious in a confrontation, thereby dissuading China from resorting to violence in order to achieve its objectives and thwarting any invasion of Taiwan.

Any alternative approach to act that is not in alignment with our interests would be unfavorable, given that we already have strong connections with Taiwan. We will back Taiwan in their resolute opposition to any invasion, which will serve as a definitive statement that we are shifting from a position of uncertainty to supporting American leaders. To bridge the gap between Taiwan’s defense forces and the People’s Liberation Army, it is imperative that we continue to provide assistance to both the United States and our allies.

    Will World War 3 Happen?

It is impossible to predict if the conflicts in Kyiv, Tehran, and Taipei will result in World War 3. Nevertheless, it is evident that the global community should closely monitor these three regions, as they are highly volatile. As history has taught us, it only requires a single trigger to ignite a chain of events. Could that trigger potentially arise from the endeavors of BRICS nations to establish a unified global currency?

Being overly cautious or having a penchant for war is not about being ready for all possible conflicts. Smart policies can save both money and lives, and they can prevent the occurrence of World War 3. Dealing with international matters is not just about foreign policy. It is more cost-effective for the American taxpayer to address foreign crises at their origin rather than waiting for the consequences of those crises to reach our shores.

If we do the right thing and avoid such a catastrophic event, the future will be shaped by our actions today. It is in our collective hands to ensure that the horrors of another global conflict remain confined to the pages of history. If worldwide nations commit to upholding international law and prioritize mutual understanding, and if they prioritize diplomatic resolutions, the 3 World Wars can be prevented. So, the short answer is that if there is always potential for conflict, there is always potential for peace. Will there be a 3 World War?

Is WW3 Starting Right Now? – The Russian Invasion of Ukraine

Photo: Destroyed Russian armored vehicles in the city of Bucha, described as the area facing one of the worst humanitarian situations in Ukrainian territory.

The recent blog I wrote emphasized the importance for Americans to care about Putin, Russia, and Ukraine as it has the potential to impact our economy, security, and future. The invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces under the direction of President Vladimir Putin is an unprovoked act with far-reaching consequences, making it a complex geopolitical issue that could potentially escalate into WW3.

Putin has undertaken the task of restoring the geographical unity of the Russian Empire that was present prior to the disintegration of the Soviet Union. Following Russia’s defeat in the Cold War, the country launched an incursion into Ukraine due to Putin’s misjudgment of the determination of Ukrainian forces and the support from North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) partners to assist their ally in Eastern Europe.

It’s More Than Just a Bilateral Conflict

The Russian Government has been providing North Korea with rockets and artillery shells, and supplying cheap and deadly drones for use in Ukrainian territory. The country of Belarus has been used as a staging point for Russian forces. The Chinese Government is supporting the Russian invasion by providing economic and non-lethal military assistance. They are also attempting to destabilize Moldova, a neighbor of Romania, in order to further encircle Ukraine. The Russians have pulled out of the bilateral arms control treaty, START III, in an effort to prevent a World War. The Russians are also conducting global disinformation campaigns, including claiming responsibility for blowing up the Nord Stream pipelines.

At the U.N. General Assembly in March 2022, a vote was held on a resolution condemning Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The resolution received support from 141 countries, while 5 countries voted against it and 47 countries abstained. Approximately 37 countries have implemented economic sanctions against the Russian economy. In addition to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Norway, many of the 27 EU members have provided military assistance. However, no other country has deployed significant troops on the ground to engage in hostilities, as everyone is keen on avoiding the escalation of this conflict into World War 3.

The Death Toll Because Russia Invaded Ukraine

Reports from various governments and international organizations suggest that between 140,000 and 270,000 Russian casualties are the total number. Obtaining reliable figures on the number of people who have died in Ukraine is extremely challenging.

Furthermore, following the commencement of the invasion, Ukraine has endured an approximate total of 30,000 fatalities among civilians and 100,000 casualties within the military, as evaluated by the Norwegian military in late January 2023.

  • The United Nations (UN) estimates that since the beginning of the invasion until the middle of December 2022, a total of over 18 million individuals in Ukraine require humanitarian assistance, with nearly 8 million individuals having fled the nation and approximately 6.5 million individuals being internally displaced.
  • In January 2023, UNICEF said, “eleven months of war in Ukraine have disrupted education for more than five million boys and girls.”.
  • If the conflict between Ukraine and Russia escalated into a world war, the death toll would likely continue to rise for both countries, with no apparent hope for peace in the near future.

What Would World War 3 Look Like in Ukraine

    Tactical nuclear weapons

Photo: Tactical nuclear weapons can be launched on mobile short-range ballistic missile systems such as the Iskander shown here – Pavel Sarychev

The prompt actions executed by Russia, such as providing military aid to Ukraine, could likely lead to a military response from both Europe and the United States. This response could potentially be in the form of a NATO country attacking Russia or the utilization of a nuclear weapon.

Escalate to De-escalate – A Flawed Russian Military Doctrine

The fear of “escalation” for Ukraine to receive support from Western governments is limited by their attempt to use this primarily as a scare tactic. Putin has threatened to use nuclear weapons throughout his invasion of Ukraine.

  • The main objective is essentially to avoid doing anything that could make the situation worse or push the other side into taking more aggressive action. If a country feels justified, it might avoid conducting a military strike against another country in order to prevent a full-blown outbreak of war. In order to prevent the situation from further deteriorating, a country might refrain from imposing harsh economic sanctions on another country. In some cases, countries may avoid taking certain actions in order to prevent escalation. Taking certain actions to prevent the intensification of a dispute or conflict is what countries may do in order to prevent escalation in some cases.
  • The Russians have a military doctrine that describes the strategy of using a tactical nuclear weapon early in a conflict to intimidate their opponent, thus de-escalating the situation and preventing a World War 3-like conflict.

  • The tactical nuclear weapon is designed to be more portable, yield a smaller size, and is intended to be used on the battlefield, as opposed to a strategic nuclear weapon which is designed for long-range strikes against major targets such as military bases or cities.
  • Demonstrating the accomplishment of their strategic objectives, it indicates that Russia has thoroughly considered utilizing atomic power to “escalate to de-escalate,” despite the associated risks. Experimenting with this hypothesis has resulted in not reducing tensions, but rather escalating them in nearly all military simulations conducted by the United States. Moreover, in numerous instances, these simulations have even led to the outbreak of World War 3 and the possibility of nuclear Armageddon.

Russia has stated that it would respond strongly to any attack by NATO on its nuclear weapons, using contextually appropriate synonyms. NATO and the United States have made it clear that they are willing to use their own nuclear weapons in response. NATO, the European Union, and the United States have all condemned any potential use of nuclear weapons by Russia.

    An Invocation of Article 5

    NATO Headquarters

Photo: NATO Headquarters, the political and administrative center of the Alliance, in Brussels, Belgium – NATO

In April, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov explained how the Russian government views the Ukrainian government as a proxy that is essentially arming and going to war with NATO through Russia, saying that even the deputy went further to consider Russia would view territory in Ukraine as legitimate military targets, specifically referring to weapons transporting vehicles belonging to NATO and the U.S.

Putin is aware that the conflict in Ukraine is not unfolding according to his plans. With Russian aircraft being shot down in Ukrainian airspace and Russian soldiers losing their lives in the ground warfare, Putin acknowledges that his military forces are considerably weakened. As a result, he realizes that the chances of winning a multi-front war against countries possessing superior armed forces, who are united by Article 5, are highly unlikely.

  • If Russia were to attack or invade a NATO country, other members would be obligated to come to the defense of that country. Article 5 of NATO’s founding treaty states that an attack on one member country is considered an attack on all members.
  • The whole alliance will respond together if any member is attacked, demonstrating that Article 5 has prevented potential aggression on NATO territory. NATO’s strategy of collective defense has played a crucial role in the Cold War between the Western countries and Russia.

In order to help Ukraine win this conflict and prevent the United States and our allies from getting involved, it is possible to establish a no-fly zone over Ukraine and provide aircraft. The longer the Ukraine-Russia conflict goes on, the greater the chance that this conflict could metastasize into World War 3, so it is crucial for us to do everything we can. The risk of nuclear war is greater today than at any other time since the Cuban missile crisis, and this conflict has almost turned into a hot war, resembling a cold war.

When Israel Attacks Iran, Will WW3 Happen?

A Uranium conversion plant in Isfahan, Iran

Photo: A Uranium conversion plant in Isfahan, Iran that converts yellowcake into fuel for the uranium enrichment process.

The international community has been closely monitoring Iran’s uranium enrichment activities for decades due to concerns over the potential development of a nuclear arsenal that could spark World War 3. The UN explained that Iran has enough enriched uranium to produce several nuclear weapons in January 2023.

  • If Iran were able to build levels of weapons-grade nuclear, theoretically they could enrich enough uranium, which is a key ingredient in nuclear weapons.
  • At the beginning of 2023, another noteworthy occurrence probably resulted in the understanding of Iran’s elevated uranium levels. Numerous nations, concerned about the destabilizing consequences of a nuclear-capable Iran on regional stability, have been deeply concerned about this possibility.

Completed. Here is the revised rendition of the input paragraph: Iran’s Ministry of Defense stated that three drones were engaged in an assault on a military factory, but the press reports contradict these claims. The Wall Street Journal reported that Israel’s Mossad intelligence agency was responsible for the targeted attack on an Iranian Ministry of Defense site using precise strikes. Additionally, in January 2023, an advanced weapons-production facility in Isfahan, Iran was struck by a drone strike.

This attack seems to be just one more example in the long-running conflict along Israel’s borders, where Iran and Israel are engaged in a back-and-forth simmering reaction over Iran’s nuclear program and its conventional weapons capabilities. Israel is using covert actions to target Iran, and along with that, they are arming militias along Israel’s borders.

The Government of Iran Is Not a Victim

A woman stands on top of a car

Photo: A woman stands on top of a car as thousands of mourners defy a government crackdown and head to the Iranian cemetery where Mahsa Amini is buried – Twitter (Oct. 26, 2022)

After the Iranian Revolution in 1979, the new regime in Tehran, led by the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, viewed the existence of Israel as an illegitimate state occupying Muslim land. Since the government of Iran has been at war with the U.S., Iranian revolutionaries stormed our embassy in Tehran and held fifty-two Americans hostage for 444 days.

For example, in 2018, the current Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, called Israel a “cancerous tumor” that needed to be removed and eliminated, and subsequent administrations continued and worsened this position.

The government has a history of killing civilians armed with nuclear weapons, making it likely that World War 3 will be sparked. Even a young woman, Mahsa Amini, was murdered by the Iranian government for not wearing a headscarf. It has also killed U.S. Troops as they peacefully protest. The Iranian government is the top sponsor of terrorism and has killed hundreds of thousands of people.

To regain its position in the global community, the Iranian government must undertake a few straightforward tasks. The responsibility for escalating tensions with the international community lies with the Iranian government, rather than the Iranian people or Persian culture.

  • Cease the act of causing harm to American individuals and our
  • Stop deceiving regarding its nuclear program.
  • Cease employing terrorism and intimidation as means to hinder the citizens of Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, and Afghanistan from determining their own destiny.
  • Cease killing its inhabitants for engaging in peaceful demonstrations.
  • What Would WW3 Look Like in the Middle East

After securing his sixth term as Israel’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu declared his commitment to thwarting Iran’s acquisition of nuclear weapons, stating, “I am determined to take every possible measure to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons.” He emphasized that his return to office was primarily driven by the imperative to send a clear message to Iran that any progress in their nuclear program would be met with military action, rather than mere rhetoric. Yair Lapid, Netanyahu’s predecessor and leader of the current Opposition, has warned, “If the Iranian regime obtains a nuclear weapon, they will not hesitate to employ it.”

Israel’s presence is accountable for the “Great Satan” as any assault on American interests in the area or substantial civilian casualties in Israel lead to their excessive reaction. Iran employs their response to divert the ongoing protests against them, using the world or national pride as a pretext, as they overdo it in their retaliation to the attacks while attempting to achieve multiple objectives by responding to the strike on their nuclear facilities. In this scenario, Israeli facilities carry out precise strikes on Iranian sites involved in the development of nuclear weapons, aiming to safeguard their self-interest and right to exist. This ongoing enrichment of uranium to create a nuclear weapon by Iran sets the stage for the most probable scenario of World War 3 erupting in the Middle East.

We did not cheer from afar to proactively support the Green Revolution in Iran, as it falls on America and our allies to prevent WW3. The current regime is failing to represent the will of the Iranian people since the end of 2022, as women have led their countrymen in a rising against their theocratic dictatorship.

Places That Have Almost Started World War III in the Past

Recent potential conflicts have nearly ignited a global war, almost leading to World War 3.

    Little Rocket Man

The continuous testing of Kim’s strategic arsenal and the provocative threats and hostile rhetoric from North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un continue to keep the region on the brink of conflict. Tensions between the United States and North Korea reached a boiling point in 2017, with both sides exchanging hostile rhetoric. North Korea has repeatedly threatened to use its ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons against its allies and the United States. This rogue nation has been developing ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons for years, making it a potential trigger for World War 3.

    The Great Game

Many worry that a future conflict could quickly escalate into a nuclear war, drawing other countries into WW3. The situation was diffused; however, in 2019, a terrorist attack in Kashmir killed 40 Indian soldiers, leading to a military confrontation between the two countries. In recent years, tensions have been high, particularly over the disputed region of Kashmir. Both countries possess nuclear weapons and have fought three wars against each other since partition in 1947. It has brought the two countries close to World War 3 on multiple occasions. India and Pakistan have had a long-standing rivalry.
