  • If the product needs to be shipped to one of Travelpro’s repair facilities in the original country of purchase, the cost of shipping will be covered by the replacement or repair warranty.
  • The cost of repair for damage caused by an airline or other common carrier in the original country where the item was purchased is covered.
  • The receipt covers the cost of repairing damage caused by a common carrier or airline that negatively affects the functional performance of the product, if registered within 120 days of purchase.
