On January 6, Hamlin, while still at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, made a FaceTime call to his Bills colleagues from the hospital. Remarkably, just four days after his injury, he regained the ability to breathe independently.

In Buffalo, the Bills defender was released from the medical facility and went back to his residence to carry on with his therapy, seven days after his harm and entry to the medical facility in Cincinnati, in a steady state.

The Medical Center of the University of Cincinnati, Bengals, and Bills’ initial responders and medical staff accompanied Hamlin during the Super Bowl for an on-field appearance. Three weeks prior, Hamlin participated in the Bills’ Divisional Round match against the Bengals, marking his initial public appearance since Week 17 on January 22.

Brandon Beane, the general manager of the Bills, made a big announcement at a pre-draft press conference on April 18th, stating that football activities have resumed after a two-month hiatus following the Super Bowl.
