  • How can I access the policy I purchased through TourRadar? You can view your TourRadar Travel Protection policy wording at any time. To do so, you can check your emails from our partner XCover.Com or log in to your XCover Account using the email address you provided when booking on TourRadar.
  • Will my XCover Protection update as well? My TourRadar booking has been changed. You will be notified by email and your insurance should be automatically updated when you make a change to your booking. If you are unsure and if a change was made automatically, you can always send a message from the booking conversation page.

It offers insurance that brings reassurance, featuring an effortless claims procedure and swift claim reimbursement in any currency worldwide. The insurance policies are supported by esteemed insurance companies such as Lloyds, Munich Re, Collinson, and Generali.
  • How do I purchase XCover Travel Protection through TourRadar?

    XCover Travel Protection policies are available at the time of booking on the booking page for all of our tours. Simply select your preferred departure date and proceed to the booking page where you can view and customise the insurance policies for your tour.

    If you have already booked your tour and want to add insurance, you can simply click the ‘Get Travel Insurance’ button on your booking conversation page. This option will be available until one day prior to departure.

  • Who is covered by Travel Protection XCover? It covers any travellers listed at the time of booking. We are unable to add extra coverage to it once your policy is booked and active. You can view the wording of your policy and more information about your coverage by logging into your XCover Account with the email you used to book your tour.
  • How can I check what I am covered for?

    When you obtain a quote, be sure to check the policy details to see your policy limits, exclusions, and inclusions as they may differ depending on your home country, state, or destination.

    If you have already bought a policy, you can verify the wording of your policy anytime by logging into your XCover Account with the email you utilized to reserve your tour.

  • Does XCover Travel Protection cover pre-existing medical conditions? Generally, medical conditions that existed before the policy was purchased are not covered for claims arising from them. You can view the wording of your policy at any time from your XCover account. Log in to use the email you used to book your tour.
  • What doesn’t XCover Travel Protection cover?

    In most countries, XCover’s policies don’t cover pre-existing illnesses. You also wouldn’t be covered if you don’t wish to travel or change your mind about your trip. Instead, you can check what your rescheduling options are on your Booking Conversation Page.

    Through our partner XCover.Com, you will receive confirmation emails when you book a tour. These emails will contain the policy wording in the insurance booking block, allowing you to review the details of your specific policy and see what it covers.

  • Are my flights and other services booked through TourRadar covered? When you add insurance to any travel components that you’ve booked independently from TourRadar, your TourRadar booking will not be included. If you have booked these travel components separately, they will not be covered and you will have to consider getting an additional insurance plan to cover them.
  • Claims and Medical Emergencies

  • You can expect to receive an email confirmation and additional guidance from XCover (or their third-party claims partners) in a matter of days. Once you have logged in, you can complete the online claim form to submit your claim. If you are not currently signed in to your account, you will be prompted to do so. Simply visit the XCover website and navigate to the claims section to initiate the claim process.
  • If you have a medical emergency, please contact your assigned emergency medical service provider or XCover Assist, whose contact details can be found by logging in to your XCover Account and viewing your policy wording. It is important to note that contact numbers may vary depending on your country of residence.
  • My travel booking was canceled. What should I do? If your tour has been canceled, you can contact the tour operator or TourRadar to explore your options. Depending on country-specific restrictions, you may also be able to receive a refund for your Travel Protection policy. If you are eligible for a refund or to apply your protection to rebook a tour, please reach out on the booking conversation page to find out more.
