The ultimate goal is to successfully hide your relative’s identity without anyone figuring it out. However, some of the “clues” that contestants share actually serve as red herrings, meant to throw off the other players.
Each week, the contestants complete a series of challenges, with the winner of each challenge being exempt from being identified and selected as the “guesser,” who then guesses another member of the celebrity relative’s house while the remaining two contestants at the bottom wait to see which house will be determined.
The champion is awarded a prize of $100,000. Conversely, the individual attempting to make a guess will have their own connection to a famous person unveiled, and they will be eliminated if their guess is incorrect. Likewise, if the person correctly identifies their famous relative, they will be eliminated.

What happened in episode 7?
Sometimes, betrayal is unavoidable, as proven by this week’s episode. The contestants were split into three pairs and had to dig through shredded bags of paper to find scraps that formed images of each other. However, this time, immunity was taken off the table for elimination.
While one person (the mover) looked for the right pieces, their partner (the viewer) had to tell them which order they needed to be displayed in. Once the images were lined up correctly, both players could view a document that contained clues about the other contestants. Gabriel. and Chris. ended up winning and also got to select the bottom two.
At the mansion, Chris. and Gabriel. pulled Gabriel.’s clue, which consisted of a stroller with a carriage, the number two, several babies, a drum, and a star. Later, Chris. told Hugo. to be the guesser and eliminate Karsyn. in exchange for Gabriel.’s clue. After Hugo. agrees, Chris. brought the clue to Karsyn. for help, but she couldn’t figure it out. Meanwhile, the rest of the house was convinced that Chris. was related to Elton John.
In the end, Hugo. didn’t follow through on his deal with Chris. and incorrectly guessed he was related to Elton John. It was then revealed that Hugo. is… former President Jimmy Carter’s grandson.
(A cute side note: since his elimination, Hugo. shared that he’s dating his former co-star Olivia., who was eliminated last week after people guessed she was Jenny McCarthy’s niece, per People.)
