Diego Bertie, 54 years old, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022, after falling from a tall building in his residence in the Miraflores district.

The Casimiro Ulloa Hospital confirmed the artist’s death and extended their sympathies to the family.

Our hospital informs that Mr. Diego Bertie Brignardello (54) was admitted to the hospital at 4:10 am and received immediate attention from healthcare professionals, who confirmed his passing, as stated in the official statement.

Diego Bertie had made a comeback to the stage through the power of music and declared that he had numerous plans for the upcoming year.

The artist indicated that the building fell a month ago, where I never feel more alive, in the intimate truth of your music, to reread it and dissect every sound, every word, to tell stories and to express myself, music is a means to create.
