Jason David Frank’s wife sets record straight with details of night he died by suicide

Verified during an interview on Wednesday, his spouse stated that they had patched things up in their 19-year union in the weeks leading up to his passing. Jason David Frank, the actor known for his role in “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers,” tragically ended his life in Texas on November 19.

Frank told Tammie that she has been harassed online because she was speaking out, and since then, she could no longer stand to watch her good husband’s name being slandered, as he has passed away.

While it was widely reported that Tammie had filed for divorce, she clarified that she had filed six weeks before Thanksgiving, when she and her husband decided to reconcile and enjoy a fun weekend getaway for a country dancing event.

She stated, “[W]e had canceled our separation and were in the midst of reconciling.” “However, this particular year proved to be quite challenging for us,” she added, “we experienced highs and lows and numerous difficulties throughout our 19-year union.”

“After the sudden death of Shayla, their daughter, the Franks family was emotionally wrecked. It was a difficult time for them, especially in raising their son and daughter, as they had recently been separated from their close friends and family. However, they managed to encourage each other and successfully come back together.”

Tammie Frank provided some details about what occurred at the hotel where Jason David Frank passed away, which was the venue for the country dancing event they were attending.

“She mentioned that they had danced on that particular evening and remained at the hotel lounge until it shut down,” she explained. “They reserved two separate accommodations due to Jason Frank’s snoring.”

Jason stated that Tammie locked him out of his room and the couple argued for a second time, according to sources from Law enforcement who spoke to TMZ. TMZ reported that the earlier noise complaint came from them having fun, not from fighting.

Tammie Frank expressed, “In order to assist Jason in unwinding and becoming more alert before preparing to sleep, I descended to the ground floor to acquire some refreshments for both of us from the reception area. I estimate that I was away for no longer than 10 minutes. Upon returning to the upper floor, I commenced tapping on the door, but received no response. I persistently knocked and continued to call out his name, urging him to unlock the door.”

Authorities escorted her to the lower level and subsequently unlocked the hotel room belonging to Jason Frank, however, she expressed uncertainty regarding the identity of the person who alerted the police. Jason Frank was discovered deceased. She provided no information regarding the method he used to end his own life. This was her statement.

She expressed, “To be honest, I was completely unaware that Jason was contemplating ending the relationship.” “However, I could never anticipate the events that unfolded on that particular evening,” she remarked. “Indeed, he had previously grappled with mental well-being challenges and feelings of sadness.”

Tammie Frank publicly expressed her sorrow on Instagram on November 21st.

“Once again, we are together until the end, my baby…Firecracker. I am forever yours, and true love is the only thing I know. I have lost and destroyed myself completely, and I am deeply hurt. Both of us need forgiveness and vulnerability in our relationship, and we must have deep conversations. We both agreed months ago that our relationship is worth saving. Yes, we have had struggles like any other married couple. You are my entire world! I can’t imagine going on without you, Jason. She wrote, ‘The loss of my soulmate,’ in reference to you.”

She ended the post with a heartbroken emoji.
