The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel stated that it obtained a picture from an individual who claimed it to be one of the relevant images, however, officials from the athletic department did not provide any specifics regarding the photographs and videos.
In the picture, a few members of the team can be observed posing with their athletic bras raised.
According to the Wisconsin State Journal, individuals who share locker room photos of players on the internet without their permission may be subject to a felony charge, which could result in a prison sentence of up to 3 1/2 years and extended supervision as per Wisconsin state legislation. If the photos were captured without the consent of the individuals involved, the individual responsible for taking them could face a maximum of nine months imprisonment.
Newspaper, if the individuals in the photographs are below the age of 18, it is deemed a six-year felony.
The athletic department stated that they are not investigating any wrongdoing for the volleyball student-athletes in this matter, according to the PDWU. Our top priority is to provide them with the suitable resources and services and support our student-athletes.
