CEO Group also said that it will officially put the Wyndham Garden Sonasea Van Don resort at the Sonasea Van Don Harbor City project into operation from the end of 2023.

This business is also expected to introduce to the market real estate products to meet customer needs in key projects in 2023 such as Sonasea Van Don Harbor City in Van Don, Sonasea Residences in Phu Quoc.

Notably, CEO Group also said that it will continue to push to complete legal procedures to become the investor of at least 1 industrial real estate project in 2023.

For the construction sector, in addition to speeding up the construction progress of key projects, CEO Group said that it will deploy the development strategy of “Construction CEO” with the main goal of becoming a construction general contractor.

The business also expressed its ambition to enter niche markets such as affordable housing construction and private household construction in CEO urban areas.

According to the introduction, Meiko is a Japanese company specializing in the production of electronic circuit boards and assembling complete electronic circuit boards. This group is also a manufacturing partner of Apple and has many other big customers such as Samsung, Panasonic, Fuji Xerox… Currently, Meiko has 5 factories in Japan, 2 factories in China.

In Vietnam, Meiko Group has invested in building 3 factories producing electronic circuit boards, assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) with a total investment capital of up to 500 million USD, creating jobs for more than 7,000 labor and pay about 30 million USD/year to the state budget.

In 2006, when officially investing in Vietnam, Meiko built the first factory in Thach That Industrial Park (former Ha Tay). At that time, the Meiko project was one of the 10 largest foreign direct investment (FDI) projects in 2006 and also the largest electronic production project of foreign investors at that time.

At the meeting, Meiko leaders said that they are planning to implement a plan to build a factory for manufacturing electronic circuits in the industrial park on the left bank of Song Da.

Japanese enterprises are expected to lease back the land and infrastructure of Da Hop Trading Joint Stock Company, with a total area of ​​​​9.2ha, to invest in a factory with a total investment of 4,660 billion VND, equivalent to 200 million USD.

Do Son wants ministries and branches to transfer motels and hotels to the locality

Recently, the People’s Committee of Do Son District has proposed the People’s Committee of Hai Phong City to request the Government to direct ministries and branches to transfer assets to the city for management and development of tourism infrastructure. The district also requested the city to inspect, handle violations, and recover them for auction to increase revenue for the state budget in cases of delay or failure to put land to use, or to fallow and waste resources.

Construction of railway line running parallel to Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway
