And Zwift have entered into a partnership agreement for the upcoming 4 years, both equally committed to fostering the expansion of women’s cycling. The worldwide virtual fitness platform Zwift will serve as the main sponsor of the event, which will officially be known as “Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift”.
The partnership ecosystem of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift is already highly advanced. A.S.O. Can proudly announce that the race will commence more than a year in advance.
In the upcoming weeks, additional partners will be joining them. Tissot will serve as the official timekeeper for the Tour de France. FDJ, a long-standing partner of La Course by Le Tour de France avec FDJ and future supporter of Paris-Roubaix Femmes, will be joining the event’s major partners. Liv Cycling, a well-established name in the cycling community and a company dedicated to promoting women’s involvement in cycling, will be making its debut as a significant partner by sponsoring the best young rider classification. E.Leclerc will be supporting the mountain classification’s polka dot jersey, while LCL will be backing the iconic leader’s Yellow Jersey. Since the first edition of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, many of the Tour de France’s partners have eagerly expressed their enthusiasm and commitment.
The coverage of the Zwift avec Femmes France de Tour on television will provide a broad exposure to audiences all over the world. In terms of media exposure, Télévisions France will extend its daily live coverage of the Tour de France to give viewers the opportunity to support their champions. Additionally, there is an agreement with the European Broadcasting Union, which means that the event will be broadcast on large public channels in the biggest European markets.
The official launch of the new race’s communication plan will accompany a complete and ambitious presentation, starting on July 24th, 2022 and continuing until the end of October.
