According to records, Julie’s scheduled release from the Federal Medical Center Lexington for his wife is now set for October 19, 2028, which is 14 months earlier than her initial seven-year sentence.
The couple’s attorney, Jay Surgent, told Insider Thursday, “Without a doubt, Todd and Julie are model incarcerated individuals who received exorbitant sentences.
“I think Todd is only 10 years old, and Julie is currently at five years.”
In November, Surgent additionally informed the publication that he is of the opinion that the Chrisleys’ sentences will be decreased even more as a result of the introduction of fresh sentencing guidelines.
