Todd and Julie Chrisley set for early prison releases

Todd and Julie Chrisley, who were each sentenced to 12 and seven years, have had more than a year reduced from their sentences.

According to federal prison records obtained by Page Six, the dad of five is now scheduled for release from the Federal Prison Camp Pensacola on Jan. 22, 2033, which is two years before his 12-year mark.

According to records, Julie’s scheduled release from the Federal Medical Center Lexington for his wife is now set for October 19, 2028, which is 14 months earlier than her initial seven-year sentence.

The couple’s attorney, Jay Surgent, told Insider Thursday, “Without a doubt, Todd and Julie are model incarcerated individuals who received exorbitant sentences.

“I think Todd is only 10 years old, and Julie is currently at five years.”

In November, Surgent additionally informed the publication that he is of the opinion that the Chrisleys’ sentences will be decreased even more as a result of the introduction of fresh sentencing guidelines.

Todd, aged 54, and Julie, aged 50, reported to their individual correctional facilities in Florida and Kentucky in January, two months following their conviction for fraud and tax evasion.

    The alleged homosexual affair was kept under wraps, and the blackmailer was paid to keep him off. The patriarch, Chrisley, knows that he cheated on Julie with him.

    The Chrisleys were convicted in June 2022 and given a collective 19-year prison sentence five months later.

    Following the sentencing in November 2022, James E. Dorsey, the head of the IRS Criminal Investigation Atlanta field office, stated in a press release, “Regardless of a person’s fame, there are significant repercussions for deceiving the American tax system. This verdict serves as a warning.”

    Teresa Terry, who is 32, shares children with Kyle and Lindsie, who are 33. Todd is also the father of Grayson, who is 17, Savannah, who is 26, and Chase, who is 27. Together, Julie and Todd share three children.

    Kyle’s 10-year-old daughter, Chloe, was also embraced by the couple into their household after her father lost custody in 2016 due to his battles with addiction.

    Angela Johnson, the mother of the preteen, is currently seeking custody of Chloe following Todd and Julie’s imprisonment. Savannah has taken custody of Chloe and her younger brother, Grayson.
